According to police in Martin Country, Florida, a local man allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face and hit her with a "plastic dildo" after she insulted his sexual prowess, Fox 32 reports .
According to an arrest affidavit , 58-year-old Carol Favuzza stated to police that during sex with her boyfriend, 42-year-old Eric Pritsch, she told him, "You’re not a man, you’re a mouse." An incensed Pritsch allegedly then punched Favuzza, "bit her on her right inner forearm," and hit her "in the back several times with a plastic dildo and some type of cord." Favuzza appeared to be drunk at the time of her conversation with the arresting officer, as did Pritsch, who denied wrongdoing. He was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge and is now free on $2500 bond as he awaits his court hearing on Mar. 9.
"We did not locate the dildo allegedly used by Pritsch to strike Favuzza," the arresting police officer adds in the affidavit.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department labeled the harassment of a sheriff with a dildo-wielding drone as a “planned act of violence” after a message mentioning the term “dongcopter” was seen on a suspect’s phone.
In viral footage from June 1, Albuquerque Sheriff Manuel Gonzales III was confronted with the flying sex toy while holding a campaign event in New Mexico for his mayoral run.
The owner of the business where the event was being held can be seen grabbing the sex toy out of the air before another man allegedly involved in the stunt rushes in and starts a confrontation.
The man, later identified as 20-year-old Kaelan Ashby Dreyer, was also accused of taking a swing at Gonzales before being tackled to the ground.
In the end, Dreyer was charged with petty misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer.
Documents obtained by the Daily Dot through a public records request shed more light on the now-infamous incident.
In an incident report from the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department, one deputy notes that he determined the harassment to be “a planned act of violence” after notifications began appearing on Dreyer’s phone.
The notification, according to Deputy J. Corona, appeared to be for a thread in Facebook group that was titled “gonna dongcopter Manny Gonzal…”
The deputy also states that the notification came from a man who identified himself and even gave out his phone number.
“I have no info on what went down, but whatever happened I really appreciate what you do,” the message said. “Gimme a call if you want.”
Another message from the group involved a member asking if they could be filled in on what happened after they left the event.
“Based off the title of the group message, this would suggest that today’s incident was a planned act of violence aimed towards Sheriff Gonzales,” the report states.
It remains unclear what happened to the drone, although the report later states that the drone was booked into evidence.

After leaving her girlfriend who assaulted her with a dildo last year, Gamze Capaner-Ridley , 48, left behind $221,000 in jewelry and heirlooms.
On Nov. 28, 2016, Capaner filed a suit in Pinellas County Civil Court against her ex, 58-year-old Annette Kielhurn .
Kielhurn claimed to have misplaced the items, leaving Capaner with no choice but to sue for the value of the items.
A few days after the suit was filed, Kielhurn agreed to pay back the money owed to her ex. A confession of judgment was filed until Kielhurn can fulfill her side of the agreement.
Confession of judgment is a written agreement between a plaintiff and defendant, which states the defendant accepts liability and damages that were agreed upon in a settlement.
Throughout their relationship, Capaner temporarily loaned Kielhurn $221,000 worth of jewelry and heirlooms. Of those items was Capaner’s 6-carat diamond ring that had been her mother’s.
BayLawsuits reported that, before their split, the couple lived together in St. Petersburg. In July 2015, the two were having troubles. Kielhurn was becoming abusive, she would punch, slap and pull Capaner, as well as emotionally abuse her. Capaner decided to petition for a restraining order. Days later, she was escorted by police to retrieve her belongings. That’s when a fight broke out over a dress that led to Kielhurn being arrested for domestic battery.
Kielhurn reportedly grabbed Capaner’s arm and shoved a dildo in her face.
The incident was reported in the Smoking Gun , and the story was later picked up by Britain’s Daily Mail and others.
Capaner eventually asked the court to drop charges, saying: “She is kind, compassionate human being.” Battery charges were dropped in November 2015.
This wasn’t Capaner’s first time dealing with domestic abuse. In 2013, Capaner sought protection from Georgia courts against family violence in a separate relationship.
