👍 ARE YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital marketer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Marketing department and designers. You will search for potential partners and affiliates, reach out to them, manage their onboarding to our Affiliate Program, compliance, analyze performance trends and implement ideas for traffic optimization. Dig into Google analytics for impactful metrics as well other fun digitalmarketing channels.
💪 WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Work with the Affiliates: manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment, optimize delivery and campaign performance
- Find new partners with email newsletter audiences to execute cross-promotions.
- Developing strong relationships with partners to continually grow business
- Develop new partnerships relationships
- Identify relevant markets to increase our presence
- Responsible for ensuring compliance and brand safety with affiliates and partners on an ongoing basis
- Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate and partner productivity, create new growth opportunities
- Manage legal contracts
- Manage reporting, and analysis of partnership/affiliate results.
- Stay current on evolving affiliate marketing and other interactive marketing tools, trends, tactics, and strategies
- Use deep understanding of data, user insights, marketing and business objectives to help the company make reasoned decisions.
✅ WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- 1 + years prior experience in Digital/Affiliate Marketing
- Previous experience in various forms of internet marketing (Email marketing, SEO, SMM)
- E-commerce experience
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Awesome written + oral communication skills (outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous)
- Confident sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
- Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in online marketing (must know media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization, Google Analytics is a must)
- Strategize, plan, execute and optimize affiliates and partners programs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Results and goal oriented approach.
