Role of Digital Marketing Lead
By leveraging your data-driven approach and deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape you will strengthen our current market position and expand our business to new geographies. You will be the key person to lead digital marketing in the most experienced and innovative team in the market. Your background of leading and developing teams, focusing on channels' performance and cross-channel collaboration, as well as streamlining internal processes to ensure scalability and efficiency, will accelerate us in our goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize acquisition and retention campaigns across channels including search and display, social media paid, influencer, etc. to deliver results aligned with the business and marketing strategies;
- Generate a hypothesis, analyze and optimize performance based on data-driven insights;
- Support the entire acquisition funnel across external and own marketing platforms;
- Provide consistency and effectiveness across the digital marketing team, and develop cross-functional collaboration;
- Provide cost-effectiveness across areas of responsibility;
- Constantly update reports and knowledge base.
The ideal candidate:
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive Marketing experience;
- Performance Marketing Team Lead, Head of Performance Marketing, Head of Digital Marketing background preferred;
- Knowledge of the Measuring multichannel performance (OKR, CPA, models, etc);
- Experience in tech: FinTech / EdTech / InsurTech (preferred);
- Experience leading various Marketing teams including Performance, SEO, Affiliate, Acquisition specialists, is a plus.
