Did the Danes see this ?
Danny MarkYogaEsoteric is known as one of the MISA websites. Its precise status depends on which version you consult. In the English section, things are clear:
”The site yogaesoteric.net is the official site of the Movement for Spiritual Integration in Absolute (MISA), whose spiritual mentor is the yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru. [...] This site reflects the official position of MISA, Mr. Gregorian Bivolaru and the leadership of our yoga school. The site offers correct information about the courses of our yoga school and about various activities going on under MISA aegis.” (active link and archivated)
On the Romanian page, there used to be a faithful translation of the above passage, but until 2010 (archivated).
However, in the meantime the message on the Romanian page has been modified, while the English page remained unchanged. So, the Romanian page says:
The yogaesoteric.net website provides accurate and up-to-date information about the MISA yoga school. [...] This website does NOT necessarily reflect the personal opinions and beliefs of ALL yoga students or of all persons participating in various actions organized under the aegis of MISA. The MISA Association assumes no responsibility for the content of the articles. Responsibility for the articles published on the yogaesoteric website lies entirely with the authors of the respective articles. (active link and archivated)
Upon closer analysis, it is found that the English page is actually outdated, as it says that ”MISA is member of International Yoga Federation and the European Yoga Alliance and Mr. Gregorian Bivolaru is member of the European Yoga Council”, a fact that has not been true since April 2008 (details), while this passage has disappeared from the current Romanian language page (active link and archivated).
But recently, in an announcement from the "school management", the following clarification appeared: "Official messages intended for students of this school are published primarily on this website." (archivated link)
Therefore, regardless of the structure of its editorial staff, the Yogaesoteric website assumes the status of bearer of MISA's official messages, especially since exactly the same announcement was also posted on MISA's official website, misa.yoga. (active link, archivated)
That being said, here is the article that was picked up by YogaEsoteric on January 28, 2026:
Danish Colonialism: Discreet Violence, Selective Memory, and Immoral Continuities. Trump, Greenland, and the Orchestra of Indignants. Nuremberg (active link, archivated and translated into English). I quote:
In the contemporary European imaginary, Denmark occupies a privileged place. It is often invoked as a model of a welfare state, a mature democracy and an “ethical” society, devoid of the blood stains of the great colonial empires. This self-generated image by the Danish government, maintained both internally and externally, has produced a convenient historical blindness: the idea that Denmark was only marginally involved in colonialism, and fundamentally different from other colonizers, having a “more humane”, more benign appearance. A careful examination of the historical facts, however, radically contradicts this narrative. Danish colonialism was not more moral, but only smaller in scale and more effectively camouflaged in discourse.
Denmark was an active colonial power between the 17th and 19th centuries, directly involved in the transatlantic slave trade, the administration of colonies based on forced labor, and a long-standing harsh colonial regime in Greenland. The difference from the British or French empires lies not in the nature of the practices, but in their style: a colonialism that was less spectacular, more bureaucratic, more "clean" in language, but no less violent in effect. Danish participation in the slave trade is a well-documented, though often downplayed, fact.
[...] The fact that Denmark is often praised for being " the first European country to ban the slave trade”, in 1792, is a moral mystification. The ban did not come into effect until 1803, and was designed to maximize the importation of slaves ahead of schedule, economically strengthening the plantations. But slavery itself continued until 1848, when a slave revolt forced its abolition, not a moral enlightenment of the authorities.
If Caribbean colonialism was relatively short-lived, that of Greenland was profound, total, and long-lasting. Greenland was not a "distant possession," but a fully colonized space, subject to a regime of almost absolute economic, cultural, and political control. Through the state's commercial monopoly, Denmark destroyed the economic autonomy of Inuit communities, imposing structural dependence. The Danish language became an instrument of power, and Inuit culture was treated as primitive, an obstacle to "modernization." The fact that Denmark only issued an official apology in 2022 does not cancel the colonial character of the experiment, but rather emphasizes how late and how incomplete the process of acceptance was.
[...] Colonial countries, including Denmark, kidnapped, sold, and killed people not in the chaos of a collapse but in full administrative functioning. They did it with registers, commissions, reports, and scientific justifications. This is precisely the kind of crime that Nuremberg purported to be trying: the crime committed by the modern state on those it declared inferior. Official apologies, however belated or ceremonious, are not the equivalent of justice. A symbolic bow does not restore stolen childhoods, lost languages, destroyed identities, murder and genocide. Nor does it create legal precedent. Without real accountability, colonialism remains an unpunished crime, and the lesson conveyed is a dangerous one: that there are crimes old enough, well-packaged enough, and “civilized” enough that they no longer matter.
comment: I don't know the history of Denmark, and it's not my problem. The past is primarily the problem of those who lived it then, once upon a time, and regarding today's Danes, their attitude towards the past of their predecessors is relevant. Our problem, of those of today, is primarily the present. And here is the position that the editors of the official MISA website assume regarding the current situation in Denmark:
[...] Compared to the great colonial empires, Denmark operated on a smaller scale but with similar ideological coherence. Britain colonized through commercial expansion and naval dominance, France through civilizing missions and cultural assimilation, and Denmark through cold bureaucratic paternalism. But all shared the same premise: the moral and cultural superiority of the colonizer. The difference is that Denmark managed to maintain a relatively clean public image precisely because its violence was less visible and better packaged. This legacy is not just a closed chapter of history. Danish colonialism continues in “soft” forms today, through economic dependencies, strategic control and humanitarian discourses. Greenland remains essential to Western geopolitical interests, and its autonomy is limited by economic realities created by centuries of Danish domination. Colonialism no longer wears uniforms and whips, but technocratic language, grants, development policies and external expertise.
To speak of the crimes of Danish colonialism is not to produce a gratuitous retrospective moral indictment, but to dismantle a dangerous mythology: that of “good,” “humane,” or “minor” colonialism. There is no such thing as benign colonialism. There are only different forms of violence, some strident, others silent. Denmark belongs to the second category, and it is precisely this discretion that makes its analysis all the more necessary.
[...] And perhaps the most repulsive trait is that after devastating continents, they had the insolence to present themselves as the moral arbiters of the world. To give lessons on human rights, democracy, and civilization, while standing on mountains of corpses that they still refuse to count correctly. This is not just hypocrisy. It's historical obscenity.
comment: MISA is horrified by "Danish soft colonialism" and "Danish insolence in lecturing us on morality", which is precisely why it opened a branch in Denmark, to give lessons on morality to the Danes...
In 1990, MISA founded its first branch abroad precisely in Denmark, through Narcis Tarcău, and this branch was the nucleus of the establishment of the ATMAN Federation and the expansion of MISA in the West. I suppose that ”Danish colonialism” also contributed to this... Bivolaru addressed a message to the Danish people in 1990 (archive) and made a description of the "soul of the Danish people", from which I quote:
In this vision, any egregor (group or nation) has its own consciousness, mind, emotions, will power, free will and destiny as a group-entity, which develops just like a human beings develops. The Danish people form such an egregor. The Danes live in an area relatively close to the North pole, which in the spiritual traditions of this planet has always been considered to be a source of esoteric teachings. In ancient times, this spiritual center of the North was called THULE and was located in the northernmost part of the habitable Europe, mysterious place connected with all the spiritual traditions of our planet, direct access point to Shambala - the spiritual center that governs the evolution of consciousness on planet Earth. The ancient Greeks knew that Thule was populated by Hyperboreans - spiritually evolved people who live beyond the north wind in a region of perpetual sunshine that is hidden from the eyes of intruders. Most of all, for us today, Thule is a metaphor of the spiritual heritage of our planet.
Nowadays, Thule is the name of former Qaanaq, community in northwestern Greenland, situated on the Hayes Peninsula on Baffin Bay, north of Cape York. This settlement (which has nothing to do with the spiritual Thule) was founded in 1910 by the Danish explorer Knud Rasmussen, who used it as a base for five Arctic expeditions between 1912 and 1924. [...] This vicinity to the (spiritual) North pole directly influence the characteristics of the soul of the Danish nation - of which the most obvious are a highly developed intelligence and a striking nobleness and beauty of the features of the body and face. Unfortunately, most Danes nowadays do not know the story of the (spiritual) Thule anymore and therefore are unaware of their huge spiritual potential.
But with the right guidance, this nation can gradually become aware of its spiritual heritage and learn to use it for the benefit of all peoples on the planet. For this purpose, it is absolutely necessary that the Soul of the Danish nation is taken out of its sleep of ignorance. This can be done through yogic techniques of synchronized meditation that are organized every Sunday at NATHA. These meditations are guided by our qualified teachers and are free and open for all. (archive)
You understand: the "proper guidance" comes from the "hyperborean" Bivolaru and in fact this is the real purpose for which NATHA was founded, not some hidden purpose, may God protect us from demonic doubts... That is why meditations of communion with the soul of the Danish people were periodically performed (archive).
Back then, didn't the "noble and strikingly beautiful Danish people" practice criminal colonialism? Persuasion means penetrating someone's soul, praising them and telling them what they want to hear. Then, at the beginning, it was necessary for the branch in Denmark to consolidate and so the declarations of love flowed. Now, that it is "necessary" to strike at the EU and Denmark, in order to favor Trump's policy of annexing Greenland, suddenly the Danish people are conquering and criminal. A circumstantial lie, which serves the purpose of the moment, contradicting what was said in the past.
And Danish kroner are very good, especially since some come straight from Copenhagen city hall:
”The Dark Side of a Tantric Cult” - Finnish documentary, 2009:
Last spring there was public outcry in Denmark when it was revealed that the city of Copenhagen supports Natha annually with 80,000 euros. The money was directed at a Natha center where pornographic films had been shot. Public subsidies are available also in Finland. The sports board of the city of Helsinki supports Natha with about 30,000 euros yearly, to cover their rents and other expenses.. (video min23:sec35 and text)
”Danemarca, according to Bubber: Sect?”, Danish documentary:
reporter: Is Natha Yoga really a six-sect that works when it's not about being spiritual? And if there is truth in the accusations, how can they get financial support from the Municipality of Copenhagen? Over the years, the Municipality of Copenhagen has posted 10 million in NATHA. Right now. 8-10 million. Because NATHA is on public support. It is recognized as an evening school. And that means that there are a number of activities that they hold along the majority, which receive support from the Municipality of Copenhagen. That means that in principle the Municipality of Copenhagen pays for the teachers' salaries. Over the years, the Municipality of Copenhagen has posted 10 million in NATHA. Something like that. 8-10 million.
We have to go straight to the municipality. A small twist to the story is that NATHA, for example, deliberately says that they have been approved by the municipality. That is, when so many people come and say that it is a sect, they say that the municipality has investigated us, and the municipality says that we do not have a sect.
But when you talk about that Copenhagen Municipality, I simply think that I will take you up on it. How can NATHA, after all that I have heard, get away with calling itself a public education association? To be a public education association, one must be open and democratically structured and take an active part in the society around them.
But NATHA, they close in on themselves. They are top-controlled and create their own images of reality. I want an explanation from those who have given them the green light.
representative of the City Hall: The Municipality of Copenhagen supports this yoga-tantra talk with around 600,000 people per year, and has done so for a while.
reporter: It's your committee, it's your responsibility. And I want to ask, did you know that there are accusations that it's a sex cult?
representative of the City Hall: Well, we actually knew that there were accusations about it, because we've also received inquiries from former members. And that's why we actually have stricter supervision specifically on this association.
reporter: When they get 600,000 kroner here, is that a green light for things?
representative of the City Hall: It's a green light for the teaching that we give the money for. And there's the yoga teaching, like in many other yoga associations. Because that's the course that you get money for. What else they do, we can't get involved in. We don't do that in all sorts of other associations either, what they do, besides the courses that we don't give money for. Both you and I also know that the 620,000 kroner goes into one big common fund. Because they are paid into the teacher's account in question. But what the teacher
spends his salary on, I simply cannot interfere.
reporter: So does that mean that you conclude that the Municipality of Copenhagen supports sects?
representative of the City Hall: The Municipality of Copenhagen supports the teaching that takes place in what you call insects, and which may very well be insects. It is just irrelevant in this situation. And my position on it in particular is quite irrelevant. Yes, there is no doubt. As long as NASA's yoga courses stay within the criteria from the municipality, you cannot take away their support. What else goes on in the organization is completely irrelevant, in relation to the support anyway.
reporter: I think that is crazy. And in that way, NATHA can not only continue to receive a little over half a million kroner annually, they can also continue to use the support as a blood stamp for their enterprise. (video, from min19:sec47)
comment: So MISA takes the Danes' money, and behind their backs calls them "criminal colonialists". But that's not the essence of the post on the MISA website. The hard part and the hidden purpose are only now coming. Hold on tight:
Today, colonial geopolitics seems to keep its nerve intact in new and surprising forms: when Donald Trump declared that he would like to “annex” Greenland to the United States, the entire orchestra of European leaders – descendants, de facto and even de jure , of the great colonial empires – instantly jumped up, shouting indignantly. Is it moral indignation or just strategic jealousy, because they did not have the initiative?
After all, wouldn’t it be worth it if, beyond all the power games, the will of the Greenlanders counted first and foremost? But the truth is clear and ruthless: the decision is the personal business of the Greenlanders, not of these “defenders” of democracy who love crimes and endless wars. The rest – the theatrical indignation, the claims of morality – are just a smokescreen for their real interests, which completely ignore the Greenlanders and their right to decide what they want with their own land.
comment: So on the one hand, MISA pretends to mourn the fate of the Greenlanders colonized by murder and the erasure of their cultural identity, claiming to support the Greenlanders' right to self-determination and calling for their liberation from the colonial yoke and, on the other side they consider Trump's intention to annex Grrenland by the US to be a joke, since they put the word "annexation" in quotation marks. The movement is as perverse as MISA: Greenlanders, free yourselves from the authority of the wretched EU colonialists, so that you will be defenseless victims in the face of King MAGA, who pretends to be a great sovereignist, but only with regard to US sovereignty over the world. Greenland's sovereignty is worth exactly as much as Trump's pacifist declarations.
From the entire "history of colonial crimes" in the article taken over by YogaEsoteric, what is missing are exactly the crimes committed by American colonizers against the natives, who, after massacred them, took their lands and imprisoned them in reservations, recognized their cemeteries as... "sacred places"! The height of irony is that, while Denmark is on the verge of understanding and accepting that the moment of Greenlanders' independence has come, the USA is on the verge of "integrating" them into federal structures, and these days we see how much the local autonomy in Minneapolis is worth to the US government. Trump offered to give each Greenlander $100,000 which, the moment they become part of the USA, would ensure their livelihood for about two years. After that... get on with it, guys! As for future generations of natives... "When you were under the Danes, you didn't say anything, so shut up now!" Fuck off or go fuck yourself! Get rid of the whale or seal hunting, as you have done so far, because the Yankees will keep the rare minerals and oil for themselves, according to Trump's slogan, "drill, baby, drill!" And if after hundreds of years, the Danes are finally about to set you free, the Yankees will keep you for a while longer, at least until the resources run out!
But what made the editors of YogaEsoteric take on such a crazy idea, which is none of their business? Obviously, it's about the idea of "Trump the savior", which was put into their heads by another Messiah, Bivolaru, who poured conferences and support programs down their throats for about four years. When Mihai Stoian expressed his doubt about what Trump was trumpeting, Bivolaru gave him a punch in the face (details).
Although recently the "MISA school leadership" issued a statement about "Trump's fall into diabolical temptations" (details), the idea put into their heads by the guru is very hard to get out. The question is when will the Danes wake up and how long will they tolerate the snakes they have raised at their breast?
