Did students in higher education spent enough time on coding?

In the research conducted in January 2022, 121 Adama Science and Technology University (ASTU) students are participated. The research was mainly focused on students' attention to coding practice.

From the questions that students were asked about was, the time they are spending on coding and studying coding. The indicates indicates students spent more days on coding after completing 4 semesters. Relatively spent more days on study coding when they approached the real world industry. The research shows that only 20.8% of students believe they are spending enough time to study coding and 70.0% students did not think they are spending enough time on study coding the rest 9.2% students are not sure weather they are spending enough time or not .

The percentage of on the students being not sure on that they are spending enough time increases when it comes to coding itself. 18.3% of students are not sure, 70.8% of students answered no.
