If there's one thing I revised about my understanding of anatomy over the past year and a half, it's that if it at least looks like the character depicted can move the muscles/joints without more limitation than a real person could, it can still be "correct", subjective as it all might sound. I spend a lot of time at the gym and have been taking mental anatomical notes to myself from the meaty human zoo variety of body types in there, and so I've noticed a lot of things I previously thought were the "wrong" way to draw a specific muscle group were actually quite possible for certain individuals.

well i dunno how they call it but you could after some vids at youtube look after visual kei or j-rock styles or cosplay styles (the japanes styles XD )

I would think that a dickless futa, is just that her cock is not "turned on". If we are to refer to numerous hentai, I tend to think that dickless futas would be hard to tell apart from regular females. Maybe if slippage were to occur, it would cause like, a critical failure on the attacker's part? Like if it were a D&D setting?
