Paypal Terms:
We ALWAYS ship to the protected PayPal shipping details attached to the Paypal transaction. No exceptions will be made since ONLY then a parcel has PayPal protection during shipping. In case the Paypal shipping details are different from the Discogs details and the customer insists that we ship to these Discogs details we’ll proceed as follows. The buyer needs to add his Discogs shipping details to his PayPal account as a valid additional shipping address. After confirming that this is done we will send a new invoice for the order directly to the buyers PayPal account since the pay now button in a Discogs order only works once. The first payment will be refunded minus the refund transaction fees that Paypal charges as it was the buyer's responsibility to pay according the accepted seller terms. The PayPal fees of the new payment with the correct shipping details will of course be fully covered by us as seller as per Discogs terms of use.

Return Policy:
In case a buyer for whatever reason doesn't want to keep an item our policy is to never do a partial refund but to always take the item back. The buyer sends the item back to our store. After the item is safely back at our store the buyer receives a full refund for the returned item + the original shipping costs, not the return shipping costs which are for the buyer. Only return shipments with track & trace are accepted.

Missing Parcel Policy
Unfortunately about 1 out of every 1000 parcels shipped get lost by a shipping company. We hate this just as much as you but sadly this can and will happen sometimes. In that rare case we always start an official missing parcel investigation at our shipping partner. Please note that these investigations can take very long to get final results, sometimes as long as 4 months after the original shipping date.

Customs Terms:
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes or fees for which we are not responsible. If such fees are charged by the destination country, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay them in full to receive the parcel. We will never change values for custom declarations or declare shipments as a gift to avoid tax fees as this is fraud.

*Due to the coronavirus circumstances worldwide transit times might be longer than the indicated in the normal transit times.
*CD shipping rates are the same as records because everything is shipped as parcel, never as mailbox mail.
*We can not ship to PO boxes or Pack stations / Parcel lockers.
*Orders where the buyer doesn't communicate at all or where he/she didn't pay for the order according our accepted seller terms within 4 x 24 hours will be canceled as NPB (non-paying-buyer). *Canary Islands / Spain, Madeira / Portugal and all other overseas territories from European countries are ‘Rest of World’ shipping rate.
