She took to the stage hosting the 2014 Daytime Emmys on Sunday a nd now Kathy Griffin is showing off a lot more than her stellar comedic abilities.
The 53-year-old dared to bare as she stripped down completely nude for the latest shoot by celebrity photographer Tyler Shields.
Kathy - who has been open about undergoing plastic surgery in the past - left little to the imagination as she sat naked at the edge of a pool exposing her toned back, slender waist and derriere.

With her fiery locks pulled to the side, the My Life On The D-List star stared off into the distance with her face angled in a seductive profile.
In another photo, she got into the pool and leaned backwards looking at the camera with her arms extended and her bare breasts exposed.

Adding to the racy pics, Kathy got edgy by posing with a large knife against her face as she licked the blade with her tongue and showed off her bright red lips.
For a more artistic shot, Shields opted for a black and white photo of the Suddenly Susan actress, fully dressed and leaning against a mirror while holding up the same knife.
Kathy next lay on a table in a red gown as Tyler was seen holding the camera and taking the photo in the mirror.

The duo appeared to have a great time on the set together as Shields - who has worked with the likes of Lindsay Lohan, Emma Roberts and Demi Lovato - revealed in an interview.
'She was one of the best and easiest people to work with,' the photographer told MailOnline
'We met through A.J. McLean from the Backstreet Boys and she wanted to outdo him. She wanted to do something iconic.'

On Sunday the comedienne hosted the 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.
She looked stunning in a red Halston Heritage dress, a pair of Gucci shoes and jewelry by Erica Courtney.
For the first time in the award show's history they were not broadcast on television and instead aired only online.
Acknowledging that fact, Griffin took to Twitter following her hosting gig and jokingly wrote, 'Thanks to all who watched me HOST the #DaytimeEMMYS. I appreciate every click:) '

Kathie Lee Gifford returned to Today after taking some time off to film her new movie, Love Me to Death , in Scotland and shared an embarrassing story with her co-host Hoda Kotb.
Gifford was shooting a revealing scene with her co-star Craig Ferguson, in which she came out of a shower wearing only a robe. She said that in order to avoid a “Sharon Stone moment,” she was given a modesty garment that is informally called a “fud guard” in Scotland. “It looks like a heart, like a paper heart. It’s got adhesive on the back and you place it right where the sun don’t shine. Except it was shining in Scotland,” she recalled.
Apparently, the adhesive was no match for a long day of shooting in an old Scottish house that had no air conditioning. Gifford said, “All of a sudden it is so freaking hot that my fud guard melts off!”
According to Gifford, former Late Late Show host Craig Ferguson couldn’t help but make so many jokes about the incident that she temporarily banished him from the set to film a scene.

The 1980’s saw highs and lows for Penthouse magazine. It would top its rival Playboy’s sales to start the decade, but missteps would cripple the magazine’s image before the eighties were over. The worst missteps being dethroning the first African-American “Miss America” by publishing photos of her in the same issue where they featured a porn star “pet”, later discovered to be only 15 years old. They did triumph when Pet Corrine Alphen landed a lead role in the John Landis film “Amazon Women on the Moon”, and again when they scooped the world with the leaked Pam Anderson / Tommy Lee sex tape. Their next sex tape escapade proved profitable but further hurt Guccione’s credibility. Embattled figure skater Tonya Harding had a “Leaked” sex tape that was supposed to be from her wedding night. It was later pointed out that the video was pieced together from several encounters as her male partner had a mustache that appeared and vanished several times and at one point the waterbed they are using mysteriously teleports across the room. Harding’s attempt to further her 15 minutes of infamy sold some videos but looked too shady to be real. It lead one reviewer to remark “She must have sold her breasts to Satan for ice skating skills”.

Anyone looking to get horribly depressed need search no further than " Farrah Fawcett : All of Me," a new video from Playboy. The 50-year-old Farrah frees herself from her wholesome "Charlie's Angels" past, throws off her clothes and is shown scampering naked on a beach, sculpting (while naked) and inventing a new art form: painting with her buttocks and breasts.
If this sounds funny, you haven't seen the video. There's nothing funny about it. Yes, Fawcett's body looks fine -- augmented and filmed in ultra-soft focus. She was always pretty, and she still is. But look into her eyes. Her carefree authority is gone. She looks like someone who's been abandoned on a 20- mile hike.
The 72-minute video begins with a mini-documentary of Fawcett's life and career. She grew up in Texas. She was discovered by a talent agent and within weeks of arriving in Hollywood was doing bit parts and TV commercials: "Joe-eey, Mama never told me about Ultra-Brite!"
The video traces the phenomenon that was Farrah in the late '70s -- the popularity of "Charlie's Angels" and of the Farrah poster, which the ubiquitous Camille Paglia describes as one of the most significant pop-culture images of the century. The video also celebrates Fawcett's hard-hitting acting performances from the '80s, with clips from "The Burning Bed" and "Extremities."
So far, a success story. But then we get to Farrah: the Nude Years. We see her at 48, on the beach, caressing herself for a 1995 Playboy pictorial. She's miserable. She's crying. She hates her hair; she hates her body. So why is she doing this? She looks like a trauma victim. She can't finish a sentence without punctuating it with a mirthless giggle. Her anguish and embarrassment suggest a woman circling around a sense of betrayal -- but she can't figure out who has betrayed her.
"All of Me" is not for beer-swilling slobs who want to look at a naked woman. If anything, it's something mothers might want to show their teenage daughters. No kid
