1. Refund Period
Maximum Period: Refunds are only available within 30 days of the original payment date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
2. Plan Type & Eligibility
- Monthly and Recurring Plans: Refunds are allowed if requested within 30 days. A partial refund may be issued, proportional to the unused time of the plan.
- Lifetime Plans: All lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made only in cases of technical failure or service unavailability caused by us, and are handled at our sole discretion.
Abuse of promotions or refund history will void refund eligibility.
3. Refund Currency
Refunds will be issued in a stable cryptocurrency, such as USDT.
We do not guarantee refunds in the original currency used during payment (e.g., altcoins or fiat).
4. How to Request a Refund

- Transaction number
- Reason for the refund request
5. Processing Time
All eligible refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receiving complete information.
6. Abuse & Violations
We reserve the right to deny refund requests and ban accounts in cases of:
- Misuse or abuse of the service
- Repeated refund patterns
- Violation of our Terms of Service
