I had an amazing massage today by May. She could tell that I was in a lot of pain and she worked diligently to take care of my problem areas in my lower back and shoulder. She went the extra mile to use hot stones and even a Chinese medicine to help me have some relief. I have never had anyone focus that much on helping me out with the amount of concern and compassion that she showed. I would highly recommend this place. I suggested it to my sister when I got to her house. Will book another massage here the next time I'm in Nashville. May, thank you for your excellent massage and amazing passion.
Staff is great and polite... now to the 1 star $50 for 30min I was given the 1st room by entrance no problem I lay on table have towel draped on me and LMT walks in and props the door open.... uh no thanks then 3 customers come into the store and she just leaves the door open. I got up and left. Not comfortable there. I dont recommend because they just leave doors open like its nothing.
Well price is average, my massage lady looked average but my massage was as superior. I've been going here for years. I usually go for having my backed walked on. The lady today was the best at that. However here massage by hand could not have been better. I feel fantastic compared to when I entered.
I called in and made a reservation. I made the mistake of taking someone new and not asking for the room where they walk on your back. Since the room with the bars was not available they told me they could do deep tissue with her knees. Linda did not speak English well so this might have been part of the problem. It was torture I had this technique done in the past other places. However Linda did not know what she was doing and ended up hurting my back. I've been in pain for 2 weeks. I've probably been to this place 10 X. This was the 1st bad experience. I should have waited for my regular lady and the room.
No cue facilities. Friendly staff. One of the few places in Nashville that offer the walking in the back. I use to travel across town for this type of service. Very legit operation. Always ladies getting foot massages when I visit.
Mia is awesome! My shoulders were locked up and my neck was very tight and I had muscles in knots in a lot of places. Mia worked out all of the muscle tension so my range of motion in my shoulder is back to normal. Mia also fixed my neck issues and got out the knots in all problem areas. She even walked on my back to get out some stubborn knots. She suggested the table shower which I had never tried and it was great! I would highly recommend Mia and Diamond Massage!
Oh my goodness this was amazing I came in with a sore shoulder and a kink in my neck and I'm leaving with none of that and No headache - just feeling great ready to come back next week. I told them that I had a injury at the small of my back and that's where he focused the hot stones and I really suggest it. I hadn't thought hot stones could be better than a heating pad, I'm a convert. I also just completed physical therapy on my knee and the massage on my leg muscles felt amazing. I really suggest you try them. Couples, singles, chair, foot, or body massage.
Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to get a couples massage as an early Valentine's Day gift and while the front desk receptionist was nice she asked us to pay first, instead of after our massage as any other service industry business does. Secondly, she solicited tips for both masseuse's again PRIOR to our massage. Third, she gave us wine in a TINY SAMPLE cup that we swallowed in one gulp literally. Lastly, while my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his massage from the female masseuse, I on the other hand at STILL in pain from the extremely rough and PAINFUL massage I received from the male masseuse even though I advised him when he asked if I was okay he still continued to what felt like put ALL of his upper body strength into my spinal cord which is still extremely tender, keep in mind I'm not a heavy or obese woman, I'd characterize myself as being medium to slim built for my height. So all in all I would NOT recommend this place unless you want to be in pain afterwards especially if the same man does your massage. Huge disappointment to say the least!!!
Had the best massage ever, came in for 60 minutes ended up getting 120. Lol did not want to leave.
I have gone there many times. They are very accommodating, and focus on your needs. I highly recommend them.
My husband and I were bored one day and decided to get a massage close on our place. We were actually looking for a different spa when we came across this one. We got the couple's massage for about $110 and I thought they did really good! Look, this isn't a fancy massage place. You're not going to get candles and champagne with your couple's massage. Couple's massage for them literally just mean you're in a room together. The ladies who gave us massages were really nice, too. I timed it just to make sure we were getting what we paid for and what do you know, it was exactly an hour! They also do shorter massages for feet and hands. People often think they have to go to Nashville for good massage place. Seriously, try this place out! Btw- if you pay with cash, you get a cheaper rate!
The facilities are very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. The massages are excellent, and very relaxing, as I expect them to be. I truly enjoy my experiences there, and would definitely recommend for others!

I drove by and saw the sign for massage. The service was great. I had knots in my back and neck....i feel revitalize. I only got 30 min massage but next time i will buy more time. My first massage and had a good experience. I was also given bottle water to keep hydrated. The masseuse was very professional, and yes I am going back again.
Funny how the sign inside said 60.00 for a body massage but I paid I was charged 67.00 and when the girl asked me how much I wanted to add on for a tip, I said "10.00" and she had the AUDACITY to say "THATS IT?!" My first time coming here & although I had a decent experience, all the bad reviews are unfortunately true. To start off, I will say that I was looking for a message, they did not have to lure me in. Right from the beginning, you can tell that they were aggressive with their sales. The almost physically drag you in & tell you that you are very tense, with in my case, it was true because like I said, I was looking for a back massage due to my chronic back pains. They really try to pressure you to get a message as long as possible. Like most people mention, another person comes & starts messaging your feet without your consent then offer a foot message for an additional price. Which I understand, it's a business so they will think of strategies to make you spend more. Also like most people mentioned, they are talking to each other during the message which I personally do not mind but to most people, they only want to hear the calming music they have. I also agree that sometimes they are a bit too rough with the amount of pressure to the point where it actually hurts. The guy messaging me ended up also messaging my arms, legs & buttocks....so if you are someone where this will make you feel uncomfortable, especially since I was only in their for a back message, it's definitely good to know. And no, I did ask to be messaged anywhere other than my back but I didn't mind. They do change an additional fee for card so be aware. If you're a firm person then I would recommend this place but if you cave in real quick to salesman then stay away because you will be spending more than what you expected. I was satisfied with the cleanliness & customer service, I'll give them that, but then again I did cave in to all their sales strategies so that's probably why.
If I can give zero stars I would. This place tried hard to rip my boyfriend and me off. I asked for a 30-minute massage for my back and feet. My boyfriend got the same thing. The lady quoted us a price of $110 for both of us and we agreed. In the end it there was going to be a 3 dollar charge to use your credit card which equals $113. The lady asked if we wanted to leave a tip and we said 20 percent. The man who gave me my back massage came up to me and started to yell. He said 20 percent is not enough. The lady told us to oy $168 and that would be enough to pay our bill and leave a nice tip. I said "no." my boyfriend already agreed to leave 20 percent we are not leaving more than that. She rolledher eyes at me. I told my boyfriend to put his credit card away. I gave the lady $110 in cash and walked out. Because of her attitude I didn't leaves tip.
This was such an awesome experience in the mall. My only complaint is I had to get up. They are friendly soft spoken it was relaxing.
If I could give 0 stars I would this place is a scam. They take advantage of people and aren't clear on their service, I am upset for the type of lack of honesty they have with their clients. After ripping me off they demanded a tip not just any tip 20% I said no and they kept pushing for one even when I said no because of what they did. So do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!!!!
I've lived in the San Gabriel Valley for 7 years now, and have live/worked in Beijing. I'm a native Southern California Chinese American. This is to say I've had countless massages. I can, with experience, say DIAMOND MASSAGE GAVE THE WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. The massage is lazy and not therapeutic. The masseuse did the "elbow on a spot and lean in for 10 seconds" move over and over and over. Repeating that move on different parts of my body constituted 80% of the 60min massage. About 40min in a second masseur started work on my feet. This was odd, but I didn't say anything. The second masseuse starts asking me if I would like to extend the massage time, and starts quoting prices. "$30 for 30min more?" I decline and the first masseuse starts negotiating in support, "How about $20 for 15min more?" I say "no." Then the two start talking about upselling strategy in Chinese, assuming I can't understand them. "What do you want me to do I already asked." "Just ask again." "$10 for $15min more? You have very tight spot. You should consider." I decline again, they ask again. They discuss in Chinese again. Repeat this process about five more times. The time if finally up, and I collect my things and go pay. At the register the masseuse rings me up and asks me how much I want to tip. I say "$10" and she advises me that there were two people involved in my massage. I think to myself this is predatory, that I didn't ask for the second person, and that the second person works on me for 15min, spent most of the time talking to me about buying more massage time (which is not relaxing), and left after I declined. I will never return.
First time experience - did one hour massage today - 60 minutes for $65. It was just okay - they are not experienced massage therapists. I asked them to go harder but I didn't feel much difference. I still let them work whole hour to support. While tipping, my massage therapist pressured me to tip more and gave me an attitude , very angry and rude. Regretted even tipping what I gave in the first place, whatever ugh. Gave them a free donut since it was near their lunch time. I hope they can improve both service (massage and customers relations)
Stay far away! Catherine was my massage crook. I say crook bc they are all trying to steal money. I wanted a chair massage and they quoted me a price of $35 for 30mins. Then they coax you into trying a "sample" foot massage to see if I like it which was 15 mins. They said it was for 30 mins and so I owe another $35. I was shocked but I said ok b
