✅ This work ⚙️ is devoted to aluminum re-oxidation process at the slagmetal interface in the ladle-furnace. The particularity of work ⚙️ is the problem what about reaction mechanism 👨‍🔧 of process which is being accepted with diffusion kinetic theory considerations. But there exist some assumptions for necessary to accept the mechanism 👨‍🔧 according to formal kinetic theory postulates. There have been fulfilled some experiments with droplets 💧 at the system of two 2️⃣ immiscible liquids. This experiments confirm the boundary layer absence on the interface of two 2️⃣ intensive stirred immiscible liquid phases. At this case the rate 🐀 of process depends of reactants concentration, velocity of liquid circulating and ➕ the degree of phases emulsification, i.e. it is the multifactor depended process.
