Your outcomes:

• Keep production and testing environments up and running

• Deploy new services

• Support and evolve monitoring/logging systems

• Improve main website SEO metrics (loading speed, caching)

Qualifications:

• Experience in building, managing, and diagnosing distributed networks

• Solid understanding of container-based technologies and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), ability to deploy and manage them (directly or by using Helm Charts)

• Good knowledge of Clouds (AWS is preferable), ability to maintain the production environment

• DB administration (MongoDB, Postgres)

• Experience in Gitlab CI

• Experience in using configuration management tools and understanding of IaC tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, etc.)

• Linux/Unix Sysadmin skills

• Being able to set up VM, Prometheus, Grafana and use them

• Upper-Intermediate English and Russian: both written and spoken

• Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment, requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to break through

• Integrity, full commitment, and a strong sense of ownership
