[Patric Bure] ("us", "we", or "our") operates the DevNoty: Terminal Native Note mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "App").

We build and operate this App to provide a fast, efficient, local-first terminal-style note-taking experience.
* Local Data Storage: All notes, commands, configuration settings, and data you create within DevNoty: Terminal Native Note are stored locally on your device's secure storage. We do not host, store, or transmit your note contents to external servers.
* Personal Data: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the core functionalities of the App.
2. Third-Party Services

The App does utilize third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services are used exclusively to ensure application stability, performance tracking, and distribution through the Google Play Store.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error or crash in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This is used solely to debug and improve the performance of DevNoty.

Because your notes are stored locally on your Android device, their security depends on your device's built-in security features, encryption, and your personal handling of device access. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect any data handled by the app, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers (if any). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
