Dimitris Alexakis and Grigoris Triantafyllou, the design duo behind the Deux Hommes, have always used as a creative backdrop important elements of their Greek heritage: a sense of balance and light, clarity, architecture. From classical sculpture to modern linear forms they have tried to mix their references in order to create something modern that stands between pret-a-porter and couture fashion.
From their debut own label show to their participation in Athens Fashion Week each season, Deux Hommes have established a style that can be described as a friendly and functional avant-garde. Both conceptual and desirable the clothes and signature look to feature the application of new fashion ideas that drew inspiration from European history and art.
Their latest project is their expansion to the European market, which until now includes selling to boutiques in France, Russia, and Italy and getting professional consultancy from the Jean-Jacques Picart Conceil Agency in Paris. Parallel to their collections, that now are being manufactured in Italy, they have also designed costumes for theater productions and have participated in many cultural shows where their work has been hailed as being stylish, innovative and trend setting.
The philosophy behind the label Deux Hommes is evolution. Drewing inspiration of the European history and Greek culture, Deux Hommes try to define contemporary beauty and project old school class, elegance and tradition into the future. The woman of Deux Hommes is a genuine romantic. She prefers a sensual of a sexy way of dressing that carries memories of her past translated in a sharper and faster pace.
When she dresses up she, she using her clothes as a way of a story telling, chooses class over wealth, yet most of all feels comfortable in her own skin.
By focusing on the highest possible service standards and by offering an environment of discreet luxury and comfort, the Herodion promises to make even the shortest stay a unique and memorable experience.
