Detox: 3 days to detoxify and get back in shape

Our body responds to everything that happens to us with specific symptoms that we must however be able to understand. And most of the time it's not that simple. We, therefore, pay a little more attention to the signals that our body sends us, and we learn to listen to them.

So pay attention:

  • to the disorders of the hive, not always and only constipation, but many times an alternation between constipation and diarrhea;

  • the appearance of unexpected spots on the skin ;

  • persistent difficulty concentrating, tiredness and exhaustion;

  • bad breath and changes in the smell of sweat and urine.

They are the warning signs of fatigue of the excretory organs, of a state of suffering that, sooner or later, may evolve into a disease.

In these conditions, in fact, the liver, kidneys, intestines, but also the skin and lungs work a lot, removing energy from the nervous system, the immune system but also the muscle and the gastrointestinal system.

Such a debilitated organism can be easy prey to bacteria and viruses, and easily get sick.

Surely the appearance of the symptoms listed above should alarm you and make you understand that perhaps it is time to run for cover.

But, rather than getting to that point, you could use the detox diet in particular " intoxication and buildup" risk circumstances, such as:

  • periods in which you have made several breaks from the rule at the table (see Christmas, Easter, and summer holidays);

  • pharmacological therapies that are protracted for a long time, or are particularly aggressive;

  • periods of severe work or psychological stress;

  • season changes.

In the preventive phase, the detox diet could perform its maximum effectiveness, restoring the balance in a slowed and clumsy system.
