✅ The purpose of writing ✍️ this book 📚️ is to bring awareness to the epidemic of obesity. I do not ❌️ want 🙏 anyone to go ➡️ though what I have endured, being obese a majority of my life 🧬. As a result of not ❌️ knowing 💡 proper nutrition growing 💗 up ⬆️ and ➕ into my late teenage years, I was faced 😀 with making 🛠️ the life 🧬-changing 🚼️ decision to have gastric bypass surgery, because traditional weight 🏋️-loss methods such as strict dieting and ➕ exercise did not ❌️ work ⚙️ for me 👤⬅️.
