Derpfest 15 QPR2 (Hyper Os 2 based) flashing instructions for peridot

Clean Flash

1. Reboot to fastboot
2. Flash fw HOS 2.x.xxx.xx (read notes)*
3. Format data with comand "fastboot -w" (will wipe ur internal memory too)
4. Flash the provided recovery image via fastboot using "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
5. Reboot to recovery using either volume + and power button combo or via fastboot command "fastboot reboot recovery"
6. Navigate to Apply Update > Apply from ADB
7. adb sideload the rom zip using "adb sideload DerpFest-15.2-*-peridot.zip"
8. At the end of the flashing step when ask (reboot to recovery for additional packages ... yes/no) select YES... this will reboot back to recovery with boot slot changed
9. Factory reset/format data
10. Reboot to system

notes (*):

• if u from derpfest 15.1 or anything ROM with based HyperOS 1/Android 14, u need flash fullrom/fw hyperos 2.x.xx before flashing this rom

Dirty Flash

from next builds (if previously on derpfest 15.2 ).. (when doing dirty flash)

1. Reboot to recovery using either volume + and power button combo or via fastboot command "fastboot reboot recovery"
2. Navigate to Apply Update > Apply from ADB
3. adb sideload the rom zip using "adb sideload DerpFest-15.2-*-peridot.zip"
4. Reboot to system
