DerpFest for davinci [17-12]

• Rebase derpfest source over QPR1 so december security patch is there as well(few features might be missing for now)
• Switch to yaap gapps
• For some time play integrity will pass again(but prolly soon google will block another fp anyway)
• Upstreamed kernel to latest als 4.14.333
• Patched dolby blobs to use older libstagefright_foundation (this should make cpu usage lower and avoid battery drain)
• Update system wfd to LA.QSSI.14.0.r1-10000.01-qssi.0
• Switch again to qti aidl health hal
