Unzip the archive

Open a Command Prompt or Terminal window in the folder

Commands for Windows:

set ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT=full/path/to/derpfest/folder

fastboot -w

fastboot flashall

Commands for Linux and macOS:

export ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT=/full/path/to/derpfest/folder

fastboot -w

fastboot flashall
