Wallet SupportHow can I top up my wallet? (QR-code)
You can top up your wallet by transferring funds from an external wallet to your wallet address in the bot. It is not necessary to add a comment (tag/memo) to deposit funds to your wallet. Wallet does not charge your fees for depositing.
To get your wallet address:
- Open Menu → My Wallet → Deposit;
- Select the cryptocurrency you are interested in;
- You will receive a message with your wallet address. Click on the address to copy it to the clipboard.
You can also find your TON and USDT Wallet address in the Attachment menu by clicking the Receive button and then copy it in one click. On the same page you can see the QR-code for your TON and USDT Wallet which you can use to deposit by scanning.
Another option to deposit is to buy crypto using your bank card on the P2P Market in the bot.

I have sent some crypto to my wallet. How long should I wait for the deposit?
TON are credited instantly.
USDT (TRC-20) are usually deposited in 10 minutes.
BTC are usually credited within 30-60 minutes after the transaction has gained several confirmations in the blockchain.
