There was in flight entertainment even though it is a short duration. We waited on one passenger to board for a long time after everyone else was on. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. They will check your baggage again. As my first experience in business class it was a great trip considering how long the flight is and how hard it usually is to sleep in economy. Boarding was fast and efficient. Not a cramped plane and good comfort. Food was great and attendants were very nice. Chair was broken. Crew was awesome. Food was eh. Dinner food not so good the sandwich was good for airplane food headphones hurt my ears. The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind. The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter not easy. The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Excellent- a lot of food Disappointed with the premium economy pouch- did not have toothbrush and tooth paste or socks. Other airlines provide them. Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline. In the past, if there was room on the flight which there was , Singapore Airlines simply re-booked me. I naively figured the ability to change my flight into my decision to go with Singapore Airlines as it does cost a bit more. I will still fly on them as they are superior to the other carriers by a fairly large margin, especially for my needs. I was traveling with my 3 minor children, one leg I was seated two aisles behind them. On the longest leg I would have preferred sitting across the aisle from them, not behind. My youngest is 4yos. I understand airplane seating configurations are not the airlines problem but seating the one adult with a reservation apart from the minors was very difficult. Was impressed with the hospitality and the thoughtful services. The cabin attendants were superb. If I made the connection in Singapore I was stuck there for 24 hours you owe me Delayed my flights and no communication. We end up spending 6 hrs in Doha. No food or any concern from the airline. Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system. Between Air India and Qatar my luggage was lost for three days. I eventually found my own luggage location using the Apple Air Tag. Air India used a paper form to report my lost luggage. I could never get past getting past luggage personnel with my report number before they would hang up on me. Only after them specifically telling Air India at Chandigarh airport where my luggage was located which was right under their noses did they react. After three days I finally received my luggage. Operated by American Airlines. Very chaotic and the crew was bit rough responding any enquiries. Restricted leg space.. Qatar would have been better. Qatar airways from Doha to guangzhau was excellent big bird Boeing more room and smoothly flight, I Love it. The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat. Pretty standard for long haul international flying. These seats are for economy not for Business class. I suppose when flying to a third world country you can fly any craft and no one questions it. I was very disappointed for that leg of the flight. This needs to change. It was good. Turkish Airlines is one of the best airlines companies. I like a lot to travel with them. Four of my family members was settled in a different seats. After a lots of time they put us 2 and 2. My kids are 9 and How i can leave them alone??? Awful seats, poor air circulation. Smelled like poop for mins after someone used the bathroom. Child screaming for 13 hours. Booked a united Air flight with option to pick seat , then found out was on an Air Canada flight with assigned seat , then they wanted a several dollar charge for some 25 cent value entertainment listening ear device. Poor and identical to the first two legs, except for the crew who were patient, professional and of pleasant and jovial disposition! This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided pretzels and fruit bar , which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice. The food was better than usual! The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up. The seats are too small for international flights. I felt like cattle. My daughter and I had a pleasant trip to Singapore. Reliable and on time. Leg room and flight sound insulation is very bad. They broke 3 of my bags with bad handling. Besides the flight cancellation, everything else was prefect. Kudos to Malaysian Airlines. It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas! The made us waiting and held our passports and boarding pass making us miss our flights. Not impressed. Only allowed one carry on on such a long flight. Very poor service. Not friendly and special food ordered but not served.
