Dentamet jel tüp 25gAkut diş eti iltihabı; Vincent'ın akut nekrotizan ülseratif diş eti iltihabı; kronik ödemli diş eti iltihabı; kronik hiperplastik diş eti iltihabı; kronik atrofik (skuamatif) diş eti iltihabı; kronik periodontit; periodontal apse; tekrarlayan aftöz (ülseratif) stomatit; kangrenli pulpitis; çekim sonrası alveolit; juvenil periodontit; bulaşıcı kökenli diş ağrısı. Aşırı duyarlılık (metronidazol, klorheksidin ve nitroimidazol türevleri dahil); 6 yaşın altındaki çocuklar Dikkatli: hamilelik, emzirme dönemi. Diş jeli 1 gr metronidazol 10 mg klorheksidin biglukonat (%20'lik solüsyon) 5 mg İlacın hamileliğin ilk üç ayında kullanılması önerilmez. Hamileliğin ikinci ve üçüncü trimesterinde, yalnızca anneye beklenen faydanın fetusa yönelik potansiyel riskten ağır basması durumunda kullanılır. Emzirme döneminde ilacın reçete edilmesi gerekiyorsa emzirmenin durdurulması konusuna karar verilmelidir. Sadece diş hekimliğinde kullanım içindir, dişlerinizi iyice fırçaladıktan sonra diş etlerine ve diş aralarına uygulayın. Günde 2 defa kullanın. Önleme amacıyla diş macununa az miktarda eklenir. Lokal reaksiyonlar: Ağızda “metalik” tat Sistemik reaksiyonlar: baş ağrısı, alerjik reaksiyonlar (deri döküntüsü, kaşıntı, ürtiker). Warfarinin antikoagülan etkisini arttırır (protrombin oluşum süresini arttırır). Disülfiram ile eşzamanlı kullanım, nörolojik semptomların gelişmesine yol açabilen toksisiteyi artırır. Metronidazolün antimikrobiyal aktivitesi, metabolizmanın hızlanması nedeniyle fenobarbital ve fenitoin ile aynı anda kullanıldığında azalır. Metronidazolün simetidin, metronidazol metabolizmasını baskılayarak metronidazol serum konsantrasyonlarının artmasına neden olabilir. İlacın kullanımı dişlerin hijyenik fırçalanmasının yerini almaz, bu nedenle ilaç tedavisi sırasında diş fırçalamaya devam edilmelidir. Ancak jeli diş macunuyla aynı anda sürmemelisiniz.
