DeepMind partners with Google Cloud to watermark AI-generated images
Google has launched a brand-new AI resource named SynthID that is able to spot deepfakes, which are AI-generated images used to spread misinformation.
The tool works by embedding invisible watermarks in the images that can be found by AI detection tools.

The goal is to fight the increasing risk of misleading content online, especially throughout election seasons. Google Releases SynthID
