Decisive refutation of the video clip of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah (ISKP) named cut the heads of those who negotiate.
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. May the peace and blessings be upon our beloved messenger, his household, his companions and whoever follows their guidance until the Day of Judgement. To proceed,
Allah the Most High says: “O you who have believed, fear Allah as he should be feared and do not die except as Muslims (in submission to Him). And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favour of Allah upon you- when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favour, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.” [3:102-103]
And Allah says:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن جَاءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَإٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَن تُصِيبُوا قَوْمًا بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِينَ
O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.
Sadly many today will bring up this Ayat if someone spreads a story against the group they support. Yet when it comes to those they oppose they are all too happy themselves to spread even the worst Kaafir media without verifying.
And this is the result of a sickness in the heart and clear disobedience to Allah.

Decisive refutation of the video clip of ISIS Khurassan [ISKP] named cut the heads of those who negotiate, where they showed the Mujahedeen of [IEA] in a bad light for Negotiating with the kuffar on the conditions of the Mujahedeen of Taliban despite the negotiations with kuffar is a deed done by our Prophetﷺ and he recommended it and Allah called it a major victory even though the majority standed against it at that time.
I will discuss the video in a few points and clear the doubts presented by the Khawarij of our Era [Jama'at Ad-Dawlah].
Note: They [Khawarij] named the video as "cut the heads of those who Negotiate" even though our beloved Prophet ﷺ negotiated with the worst of the Kuffar. This is the same language that the khawarij have used to our beloved Prophetﷺ and his companions in their age and they [the khawarij] have arised the same questions against the companions of the Prophetﷺ at that time that are being arised against the Mujahedeen today!
This term "Cut the heads of those who negotiate" goes against the Shariah terms and rulings because it is directly or indirectly threatening and acccusing our beloved Prophetﷺ of what he has done and recommend in his time as proven from his Sirah!
First Point:
They [Khawarij] showed a video clip of Mullah Dadullah where he says that we the [Taliban] will cut the heads of those who negotiate with the Kabul government.
The words of Mullah Shaykh Dadullah ra has been twisted and turned by the Khawarij to support their shrinking group in their Takfeer against Mujahedeen as the methodology of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah is based upon Taqiyah (deceiving) and twisting and turning and constant tricking.
Mullah Dadullah ra said that we [the Taliban] will cut the heads of those who negotiates with the government of kabul and legitimizes it.
But the khawarij to support their shrinking group and to deceive Muslim masses have presented it as if Mullah Dadullah ra has said that anyone who negotiates with kuffar on islamic terms and conditions his head will be cut off. It is a great lie and slander against Mullah Dadullah ra and its twisting and turning his words to gain support for ones shrinking group. If you are on truth, do you need lies and twisting and turning the words of Shuyookh to support it?
Mullah Dadullah ra said in his interview to As-Sahab that, whoever negotiates with kabul admin and legitimize it's government his head will be cut of.
Did Taliban legitimized the government of kabul?
Did Taliban made ceasefire with the government of kabul.
Recently 200-300 American soldiers and it's Afghani allies were killed by the Martyrdom seekers of Taliban and the killings of American soldiers and it's allies in Afghanistan are happening on daily basis. While I am writing this, the Mujahedeen of Taliban are killing the soldiers of America and kabul in all over Afghanistan. Alhamdulillah
And the negotiation offer to America was first made by Mullah Umar ra himself but we haven't seen anything from Mullah Dadullah ra which supports the view of the khawarij against Mujahedeen and we have not seen Mullah Dadullah ra standing against Mullah Umar ra and Taliban for their negotiation offer to America but we have seen from Mullah Dadullah ra that he remained firm to his Bayah to Mullah Umar ra. May Allah accept both of them.
And we haven't seen any video of Mullah Dadullah ra threatening and cutting the heads of the loyal soldiers of Mullah Umar ra for offering negotiations to America with Taliban some 18 years ago!
And Negotiations with Kuffar is not invented by Taliban, Negotiations and treaties are part of islam and it was done by our Prophetﷺ and his companions despite majority standed against him and his companions. Allah called treaty of Hudaybiya a victory despite it was not a military victory, so anyone who thinks that negotiations with kuffar is a new term in islam or it is accepting defeat he either is a misguided deviant or an ignorant who has not studied islam and the Sirah of our beloved Prophetﷺ.
Accusing Taliban for making deals with America or any Kuffar is indirectly accusing and standing against the teachings of our beloved Prophet ﷺ who made deals with the Kuffar and Mushrikeen in his time.
And if you make Takfeer on the Mujahedeen of [IEA] for negotiating with kuffar then you should learn/read and ponder upon the Sira of our beloved Prophet ﷺ. In his Sira is a great message and benefit for all of us. And if you think and believe that you have more wisdom and knowledge than our Prophetﷺ then you have not think good of him and Allah Almighty who called treaty of Hudaybiya a Major victory against the enemies of Allah and islam.
In the treaty of Hudaybiya which Prophet ﷺ signed himself:
The two parties agreed to abandon war for ten years. During that period everyone would live in peace. Both sides would be safe and would refrain from fighting one another. Whoever came to Muhammadﷺ (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) from the Quraysh without obtaining the permission of his guardian would be returned to them, but whoever came to the Quraysh from those with Muhammad need not be returned to him. Whoever wanted to enter into an alliance and agreement with Muhammad could do so and whoever wanted to enter into an alliance and agreement with the Quraysh would also be free to do so.
THE MUSLIMS' DISTRESS:
When the Muslims saw the terms of the truce and what it meant to the Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah, they were very distressed. The effect on them was so great that Umar ibn al-Khattab asked Abu Bakr angrily, 'Did not the Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah say to us that we were going to go to the Ka'bah and perform tawaf?'
'Yes. But did he tell you that it was going to be this very year!'
'No.'
Abu Bakr assured him, 'You will go there and you will do tawaf.'
When the Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah had finished drawing up the treaty, he sacrificed a camel and then shaved his head. This was a difficult time for the Muslims because all their hopes had been dashed. They had left Madinah with the firm intention of entering Makkah and doing 'umrah. Now they felt beaten and crushed. However, when they saw that the Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah had made the sacrifice and shaved his head, they rushed to follow his example.
A HUMILIATING PEACE OR A CLEAR VICTORY?
Then the Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah broke camp and returned to Madinah. On his journey back, Allah confirmed that the truce of Hudaybiyyah was not a set-back but a victory:
Allah says:
Surely We have given you a clear victory, that Allah may forgive you your former and later sins, and complete His blessing on you and guide you on a straight path and that Allah may help you with a mighty help. (48: 1-3)
Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, 'Is this a victory then, Messenger (Sallallahualaiyhi wassallam) of Allah!'
He replied, 'Yes'.
OUTCOME OF THE TREATY:
Not long after the Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah had returned to Madinah, a man named Abu Basir Utbah ibn Usayd came from Makkah to join the Muslims. The Quraysh sent emissaries to fetch him back. They said, 'Under the terms of the treaty which you made with us you must hand him over.' So the Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah allowed them to take Abu Basir with them. But on the way back to Makkah, he escaped from them and fled to the coast. Abu Jandal ibn Suhayl also escaped and joined Abu Basir. Then everyone who had become a Muslim and who had suffered persecution from the Quraysh joined Abu Basir until they comprised a group numbering seventy. They set themselves up on a trade route. Whenever they heard that a caravan of the Quraysh had left for Syria, they way laid it, killed the merchants and took the goods they were carrying.
The Hudaybiyyah treaty gave the idol-worshippers and Muslims an opportunity to mix. The idol-worshippers soon came to appreciate the good qualities of the Muslims. Before a year had passed, many of them had become Muslims, and the Quraysh leaders were worried about their influence.
They sent to the Prophet, begging him by Allah and by kinship, not to return the men to Makkah but to keep them in Madinah. From then on whoever of them came to him from Makkah was safe.
These moves indicated that the Treaty of al-Hudaybiyyah in which the Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah had accepted all the Quraysh conditions had been beneficial after all. The treaty had been a decisive step in gaining further victories for Islam and in spreading the faith throughout the Arabian peninsula with great speed. It led to the conquest of Makkah and the opportunity to invite the kings of the world - Caesar, Chosroes, Muqawqis and the Arabian princes - to accept Islam. Allah the Great revealed:
Yet it may happen that you will hate a thing which is better for you; and it may happen that you will love a thing which is worse for you. Allah knows, and you know not. (2: 216)
KHALID IBN AL-WALID AND AMR IBN AL-AS ACCEPT ISLAM:
Khalid ibn al-Walid, general of the Quraysh cavalry and the hero of great battles, was among those who accepted Islam. The Messenger(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) of Allah called him the 'Sword of Allah'. He fought bravely in the way of Allah and was the conqueror of Syria. Amr ibn al-As, another great commander and subsequently the conqueror of Egypt, also became a Muslim. Both of these strong leaders came to Madinah after the Treaty of al-Hudaybiyyah.
And there are many other such examples from the Sira of our beloved Prophet Muhammadﷺ.
I wonder what would ISIS say about Treaty of Hudaybiyyah if they did not know that the Prophet (sall'Allahu alayhi wa salam) signed it?
From the Sira of our beloved Prophet we learn that the Prophet ﷺ allied with some Mushrikeen & signed treaties with them, of the most well-known is his Alliance with Khuza’a Tribe, which was one of the factors of the Liberation of Makkah after Quraish abolished the peace treaty & helped to fight them.
The Prophet ﷺ didn’t fight some apostates, on top of them the leader of the hypocrites Ibn Abi Salul, the reason was so that people don’t say that Muhammad is killing his companions.
The Prophet ﷺ took weapons in a lease from Safaan Ibn Umayya, while he is a Mushrik, to use it in the Battle of Hunayn, after that he gave him lots of boons, and he later accepted Islam, may Allah be pleased with him.
And Shaykh Abdullah Azzam (RA) says:
It is permitted to make peace treaties with kuffar, if in the treaty there is good for the Muslims.
[Source: the nullifiers of peace treaties with the disbelievers].
And Shaykh Abdul-Aziz al-Tarifi, May Allah hasten his release says:
The Prophet ﷺ did not plan for [the conquest of] Makkah until he finished off the power of the Jews and did not make enmity with Persia and Rome until he made peace with Quraysh. None is more harmful to the Ummah than those who do not differentiate between the doctrine of Bara’ (disavowal & enmity) and the politics of making enemies.
Accusing Taliban of deals of lesser allegiance with the Tawagheet is directly or indirectly accusing our beloved Prophetﷺ of what he was accused of the khawarij of his era. Accusing Taliban of what Prophetﷺ and his companions did in their time is directly Accusing and slandering them with the same accusations that are levelled against the Mujahedeen of Taliban today by the khawarij of our Era. The khawarij have done same aggression against the Prophetﷺ and his companions for deals and treaties with the Kuffar like what we are seeing from the khawarij of our Era. Allah SWT called the treaty of Hudaybiya a victory but the khawarij in their arrogance and ignorance thought that they have more knowledge and more wisdom than Allah SWT, in their arrogance and ignorance the khawarij of our Era refute the Quran and Sunnah with their own opinions and filthy logics. In their hate of the Mujahedeen of Taliban they go against the Quran and Sunnah and the ijma and think they are more knowledgeable than Allah SWT and think they have more wisdom than our beloved Prophetﷺ and his companions. Allah is enough for us as a guider and as a helper.
So my dear brothers and sisters, find your guidance in Qur'an and Sunnah and not the opinions of men. Fear Allah and don't let your love for fame, wealth, your sheikh or your jam'ah over ride your love for Allah and his Messengerﷺ.
We are too easily fooled today by slogans, appearances, and eloquent tongues. May Allah guide all of us.

Second Point:
Second Accusation of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah [ISKP] against the Mujahedeen of IEA in their HD video:
In the video they [the Khawarij] showed the video clips of Pakistani Media to prove that Taliban are Pakistani agents despite Pakistan played a major role in dismantling the islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and despite Pakistan martyred and sold thousands of Taliban Mujahedeen to America and despite there are still hundreds of Taliban Mujahedeen in the prison cells of Pakistan. How can a sane person believe these accusations which were said by America years before and are not new and these lies and accusations are now repeated and spreaded by ISIS to further their agenda. And is the media of Pakistani Tawagheet proof in Shariah against anyone even if he is from the worst of kuffar?
The news Channels of Pakistan once claimed and reported that Al-Baghdadi is a Jew and he is tasked by Mossad to fight & divide Muslims. But as Muslims we did not believed this news straightaway because Allah ordered us in Quran to investigate lest you harm people in ignorance & we knew that these news channels are under apostates and it only spread what their masters want them to spread to their audience but the Extremists do not miss a chance to show their hatred against their opponents [the Mujahedeen] & they even side with the kuffar sources if it supports their point of view and they share the news of Kafir Media as it is a revelation from Allah SWT, if it is against their opponents and it is only because of their hate against Muslims & Mujahedeen who are outside of their group but the very same people cry foul and say how can you take news from kafir media against them. it is sickness in heart and clear disobedience to Allah!
Allah says:
{O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful.}
[49:6]
And if ISIS believe the lies and allegations of Pakistani Media against Taliban then why don't they believe the same Media sources against themselves who call Al-Baghdadi a jewish agent?
And Taliban had embassies in Pakistan when they had government in Afghanistan, if you make Takfeer on Taliban based on meetings in these countries then why don't you make Takfeer of Usama ra and Zarqawi ra who were under Taliban when Taliban has embassies in many countries including Qatar, KSA and Pakistan.
And to refute this allegation of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah [ISKP] I will quote the words of the leader of Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan as he says:
Afghan Taliban also understands that Pakistan is their enemy and it needs to be avenged but they have some political problems for which they cannot declare war against the Pakistan army. But Afghan Taliban supports and helps "Pakistani Mujahideen for their war against Pakistan."

Adnan Rashid hfz is one of the Leaders of Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan who are in ferocious war against the state of Pakistan.
So my dear brothers and sisters, who will we believe a Mujahid leader or the news channels of Tawagheet of Pakistan. I will leave it for you to decide. May Allah guide us all to what pleases him.

Third Accusation of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah [ISKP] against the Mujahedeen of IEA in their HD video:
The third accusation in the video of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah [ISKP] against Taliban is that Taliban said that they will finish Jama'at Ad-Dawlah after American withdrawl in a month, again they showed the source of this claim a video clip of Pakistani Media which claims Al-Baghdadi is a Jew.
What the Mujahedeen of IEA actually [really] said:

Taliban official says:
The Mujahedeen of [IEA] are capable to expel ISIS from Afghanistan in 1 month after foreign troops [NATO+ America] left Afghanistan because it is the backing of American forces only that the Militants of ISIS are surviving in Afghanistan because whenever the Mujahedeen of IEA took offensive against ISIS militants in Afghanistan it was America who saved them from the Mujahedeen of [IEA]. First the ISIS Militants were rescued by America from the Mujahedeen of [IEA] in Jawzan when America sent their helicopters to rescue the militants of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah from Taliban and [2nd] The NATO had come to their rescue in Badghis by securing the release of ISKP prisoners in Talibani prison in which many Mujahedeen of IEA were Martyred and many American soldiers were left dead and wounded as the killings of American soldiers were confirmed by America as well.
And what was discussed by the negotiation team of IEA with America is the complete withdrawal of the foreign forces and the establishment of an islamic system as said by the official spokesperson of Taliban on telegram.
And the Mujahedeen of [IEA] and their negotiating team said in front of the whole world without any fear that their fight is to establish an independent islamic system in Afghanistan.
And Taliban from day one said that they are fighting for Islamic rule and Khilafah and Taliban have their soldiers in every land and Taliban are fighting the world kufr and shirk in every land as they have accepted the Bayah of Shaykh Ayman publically on a condition that they will continue Jihad until all Muslim lands are freed and until the law of Islam rules the whole world & Taliban said in one of their article How can one help islam:
Through this [Afghan] Jihad, Palestine can be freed, and through this Jihad, Kashmir can conquered. Through this Jihad, the fitna of democracy can be eradicated and the Muslim world can peacefully reside under the true “Islamic Khilafah.

But these takfeeris who do not understand Qur'ān and Sunnah make Takfeer on the Mujahedeen on permissible matters and which are recommended by our Prophetﷺ and which is apparent and proven from the Sira of our beloved Prophet ﷺ.
And the first ones who levelled these accusations against the Mujahedeen of Taliban are now in the ranks of Dostam and other enemies of Allah in Afghanistan as they surrendered themselves to kabul government and it's allies.
As Shaykh Abu Musab as Suri said:
Penetrating the Jihadi movement with Takfeeris is one of the tactics of the enemies to strike the Jihadi movement and every Firawnic government works to influence and expand the Takfeeri thinking.
Brothers and sisters, know that the Powerful Media of the group Jama'at Ad-Dawlah can turn a lie into truth by sugarcoating it [like the kuffar Media do to misguide masses] and the truth into a lie by deception/trickery and by hiding the real facts, it works as Dajjal to common Muslims while the media of Mujahedeen is less attractive and less fierce and it is not able to change the minds because it do not show the misinformation and deception but it [The Media of Mujahedeen] brings great knowledge and much information.
Brothers and sisters, do not believe everything that the media of kuffar and khawarij feed you. Investigate the matter yourself lest you harm yourself and others in your ignorance.
And to those who use the shari'a politics of taliban against the Mujahedeen today:
2009 Message, Mullah Omar ra. said:
“The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to maintain good and positive relations with all neighbors based on mutual respect and open a new chapter of good neighborliness of mutual cooperation and economic development. Our goal is to gain independence of the country and establish a just Islamic system there on the basis of the aspirations of the Muslim nation. We can consider any option that could lead to the achievement of this goal. We have left open all options and ways towards this end. However, this will only be feasible when the country is free from the trampling steps of the invading forces and has gained independence.”
(Sh. Usamah was alive at this point, and keep in Mind Mullah Omar hf’s messages have been very similar, well before 2009 and even before the invasion)
In another Message Mullah Omar ra. said:
“We assure the world and the neighbors as we assured them in the past that our struggles are aimed only at forming an independent Islamic regime and obtaining independence of our country. We are not intending to interfere in the (internal) affairs of the region and the countries of the world, nor do we want to harm them. Similarly, we don’t tolerate their role to harm us and urge them to have reciprocal stance. I call on all Mujahideen in the frontier areas to protect their borders and maintain good relations with neighboring countries on the basis of mutual respect.”
So the claim that Taliban changed or their Sharia politics changed is false – rather what this shows is, Sh. Usamah had Bay’ah 3UDHMA, a Pledge of Allegiance that entails obeying the Ruler to your fullest ability as long as its not against Islam to a Man, Dawlah claims to, flirts with other states & shows nationalistic Rhetoric, So from this what is the ruling on Taliban 1.0 and Al Qaeda 1.0.
What is the ruling on Shaykh Osama and Shaykh Zarqawi and all other leaders and scholars who followed and remained under Taliban despite knowing their wrongs/mistakes and political statements and ISIS today makes takfeer on taliban and Al Qaeda for the same mistakes that were present in the time of Shaykh Osama ra and Shaykh Zarqawi ra.
This should once and for all clear the lines…Shaykh Usamah ra. is not flawless, nor should the parameter or measure of truth be wether they support him or not, but rather I made this writing because many supporters of Dawlah use this argument…that they (Dawlah) follow Sh. Usamah or other leaders and scholars of Jihad.
Msy Allah guide us and grant us steadfastness.

Fourth point:
Another Accusation of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah [ISKP] against the Mujahedeen of IEA in their HD video:
Another accusation in the video of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah against the Mujahedeen of Taliban is that Taliban are Irani agents and Mullah Akhtar Mansour ra was an irani agent [Allah forbid].
And the proofs they have shown to declare Mullah Akhtar Mansour ra as an irani agent are the image of visas.
In this day and age can the images of visas be taken as an evidence against anyone even if he is from kuffār.
And is everyone who holds a visa of a Kafir country a kafir?
I can make hundreds of visa images of Al-Baghdadi or anyone in a minute what does it prove. This allegation and the images of visas will not even be accepted as a proof by the Taghuti courts, so how about the courts of islam which are based upon truth and Justice.
And how can one prove his claims in islam? in the Shariah court. But how many times Jama'at Ad-Dawlah were invited to Shariah court by Mujahedeen but they didn't accepted. So if they were truthful in their claims why didn't they accepted the rulings of Allah to settle disputes. The rulings would have gone in their way if they were truthful in their claims. The Mujahedeen accepted Sulayman al-Alwan hfz and people like him as a judge between the two groups but who rejected this reconciliation and mediation was none but ISIS.
And when Mullah Akhtar Mansour ra was martyred in a drone, nothing remained of him and his car but the HD images of visa remained intact. How is this possible. And those who levelled these allegations against Mullah Akhtar Mansour are now in the laps of America and Mullah Akhtar Mansourشہیدؒ has become green bird in the way of Allah and nothing remained of his body in an American drone strike. May Allah accept him and may Allah curse the liars who use lies and slander to further their agenda.
Dua:
May Allah accept our noble leader, Amir Mullā Akhtar Mansur, who withstood all pressure from both the Kuffar, Murtadeen and Khawarij.
Where lies your faces now
O you the grandsons
Of Dhul Khuwaysira?
You falsely claimed he worked
For the Pak intelligence
Called them nationalists
But the Kuffar spare you
And kill them in the most
Brutal Manner
Their souls are in the green birds
Eating from the fruits of Jannah
While you hold the believers
In rancor and speak ill of them
With Allah lies the Ajr
And for you He would give what you are most deserving of.
Ameen.

Another Accusation of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah [ISKP] against the Mujahedeen of IEA in their HD video:
Another accusation is that Taliban have friendly relationships with iran and had meetings with them and the purpose of these meetings has been to counter the influence of Islamic state in Afghanistan.
Allah says:
“Say (O Muhammad), Produce your proof if you are truthful”
“So, those who dont provide proofs for what they accuse one of, then it is they who are the liars in the sight of Allaah”
If Taliban had friends ties/relationships with iran, why would they have sheltered and trained the Mujahedeen of iran who are attacking iran inside iran on daily basis.
And why would iran counter ISIS when it is in his favour and fighting for its interests on every land. Like syria and Yeman where ISIS fights the rebels and Mujahedeen who are fighting iran. So why would iran counter ISIS when ISIS is doing their [Iran's] dirty work without any fees. Jama'at Ad-Dawlah hasn't done more than one or two attacks in Iranian soil but the fighters who are allied to Taliban are making iran bleed inside and outside of iran on daily basis.
And why would iran want to fight ISIS when it is ISIS who are fighting the war of iran on every land?
And what threat do ISIS poses to iran when ISIS has not done more than one or two operations inside iran and those Mujahedeen groups who are allied to Al-Qaedah and Taliban are bleeding iran on daily basis and they are being sheltered and trained by Taliban Mujahedeen to fight iran as claimed by iranian Mujahedeen Ansar al-Furqan and other Mujahedeen of iran.
So, this logic of the khawarij of Jama'at Ad-Dawlah is as baatil as saying Abu bakr Al-Baghdadi is the Khilafah of whole Muslims worldwide. May Allah curse the propagandists for their lies and slander against the Mujahedeen of [IEA].

And at last, the khawarij in their HD video to fool masses have shown the audio clips of Al-Adnani who did not see anyone as a Muslim until he entered his circus/club [group] and threatened bloodshed of those who did not entered his group and Al-Adnani had fallen in some grave errors.
Abu Muhammad Al-Adnani (the previous spokesperson of ISIS) said: “We will divide the groups and break the ranks of the organizations! Yes, because there is no place for groups after the revival of the Caliphate (Jama’ah). So away with the organizations! We will fight the movements, assemblies, and fronts! We will tear apart the battalions, the brigades, and armies, until, by Allah’s permission, we bring an end to the factions.”
In the books of Islamic history we will find that some companions did not give their pledge to Abu Bakr Sadiq, may Allah be pleased with him, like Sa’d ibn Ubadah, may Allah be pleased with him. Likewise the remaining Caliphates of the rightly guided Caliphates, some companions did not give their pledge. But these Caliphs did not make Takfir on those who did not give their pledge to them. This so-called Caliphate from the group of Al-Baghdadi makes Takfir and legalizes the blood of those who do not give their pledge to it.
And he [Adnani] also said:
"Whoever fights the state falls into kufr whether he knows it or not"
Fighting Ali ibn Abu Talib and other Sahabah was not kufr but fighting Baghdadi is?
This is a new invented term by the khawarij and it has nothing to do with islam and the blessed Shariah of Allah SWT.
The root of khariji thought that also fits perfectly with the description of Hadith of DhulKhwaisara and is also the view of Imam Shaatibi which is "ONLY looking at Dhahir of Quran and misapplying it without looking into details or Maqasid of it." and this also relates to how khwarij interpreted the issue of "Ruling by what Allah has revealed". So what have Jama'at Ad-Dawlah done the same ?
This also fits with what Ali(ra) said "They cite the right thing but interpret it wrongly. Kalimatu Haqq in Ureedu biha baatil".
Among the many example of them copying this principle is the example of their misinterpretation of the issue of "Allying with disbelievers against Muslim." While this issue is deeper and has different cases, the khwarij take simple apparent Batil understanding that if anyone takes aid or negotiate with kuffar then they all are Murtadin. First they lie then they do wrong chain takfir then they also can't comprehend the difference between coincidence in fighting an enemy and having Wala to it. Also the difference between cases of co-operating with kuffar against Kuffar.
As Ibn Tamiyyah said "They interpret good deeds as sins and sins as good deeds".
The problem is that ISIS and their supporters will do anything to defame their opponents, even if they jeopardize the Jihad of this Ummah with such accusations, lies, and fabrications.

FEW FEATURES OF THE KHAWAARIJ MENTALITY.
There are also certain features that the Khawaarij have that can be easily recognised.
1. Muslims are pronounced kuffar for deeds that do not constitute kufr. e.g, Takfeer on those who negotiate with kuffar even though Prophetﷺ recommended it and did it himself even though majority of his companions disagreed with him. or by saying fighting us constitutes kufr whether you know it or not even though Ali ibn abi Talib ra didn't make Takfeer on those who fought him or by saying your group is invalid after our group thus making blood and wealth of others who are outside of your group halal to shed.

The evidence is the prominent sahaabi, Abdullah ibn Umar , described them in these words, “They are the worst of Allah’s creatures and these people took some verses that had been revealed concerning the kuffar (unbelievers) and interpreted them as describing the mu’minun (believers)”
(2) They are willing to slay Muslims because of their beliefs, yet they are not willing to fight Jews and Christians but they will fight the Ummah. The evidence is the statement of the Prophet (PBUH), ‘They will kill the Muslims and leave the pagans. If I were to be present when they appear, I would kill them as the killing of the nation of Ad.

(3) They resist and go out against the legitimate leaders without cause and try to remove them. The evidence is their ancestor, Abdullah ibn Dhil Khawaisara’s statement to the Prophet, 'O Messenger of Allah! Fear Allah!’
4. When they differ with someone, they call him a kaafir example [A leader in ISIS Abu khabbab al-Iraqi said, a fatawa should be issued regarding the permissibility of killing those who refuse bayah].
5. They are rude, arrogant and their knowledge is only surface knowledge.
6:They usually give their groups a name to distinguish themselves from other Muslims in their times. Evidences for this are the Khawaarij groups such as alMukaffira, Jamaat ut-Takfir walHijrah, Jamaat alMuslimin as well as Ahl ut-Tawhid or Dawlatul islam.These names mean to them that they are the guardians or the only legitimate group upholding the Sunna. This is also a subtle way that they use to accuse other people of not having faith. These people also are the first to say, ‘We, of Ahl us-Sunna wal Jamaah,’ which excludes anyone else and makes them the only members. Thus they have made Islam into a country club, throwing those out who they don’t want, and making themselves safe from harm.
As we see of in our current affairs of the Islamic world!
(7) When the Khawaarij deal with someone they don’t agree with, they treat that person as if they are dealing with a kaafir, pagan or dangerous deviant.
Shaykh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah said: ‘So this is why it is obligatory to be wary of making Takfeer of the Muslims due to their sins and mistakes; indeed it was the first Bida’ which appeared in Islaam. So its people made Takfeer of the Muslims and they made it permissible to take their blood and wealth.
8. They make Takfeer of Muslims based on suspicions, doubts and false interpretations as well as that which isn't major kufr (disbelief).
9. They kill, kidnap and imprison Muslims based on that false Takfeer yet they spare the Mushrikeen (Hindus/Arab pagans/Nusayriyyah).
10. They make istihlaal (permit) of the blood, honour and wealth of Muslims as well as taking their women as Sabaya (concubines) and children as slaves if possible.
11. They isolate themselves from the Muslims and abandon the Ulama (scholars) as did the Harooriyyah with Ibn Abbas (Rahimahullah).
Ahl us-Sunna wal Jama'ah are the people of wisdom and wisdom is the balance between the two extremes, those being negligence and exaggeration. Muslims should not exaggerate as the Khawaarij and Takfiri, but they should not be negligent as the Murji’a are in that sense.
Shame on those who continue to support those with Muslim blood on their hands, whether it be the Tawaghit or Dawlatul Baghdadi.
Brothers and Sisters, the hadith about the victorious sect is clear:
Everyone will turn against them and backstab them. This is what we see from all sides, the deviant factions, the Khawarij, the fanatics, etc. All of them have turned against the Mujahideen of Al Qaeda and Taliban the defenders of the ummah and the enemies of the kuffar and all the enemies of the Allah and Islam.
O' seeker of the truth, O' sincere one, O' dear brother/sister that has been fooled, free yourself from the deceptions, lies, manipulations, fabrications and misguidance of Jama'at ad-Dawlah. Do not be fooled by these false realities that have no basis! Seek knowledge, return back to the scholars, the scholars of at-Tawhīd wal Jihad. Let not emotion nor hype get the best of you.
I ask Allah to unite the ranks of the mujahideen and unite their word [into one cohesive stance] and to bring harmony between their hearts and to unite them upon the most pious of the hearts of their men, and to strengthen and establish [the way for] the banner of tawheed and to degrade and debase the banners of shirk and censure.
And may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad and all of his family and companions.
May Allah guide us all to the truth and make our living and dying upon the Tawheed of Allah.
