The first thing to remember is that even if you're tired, even if it hurts, do absolutely nothing. Take a nap, lie down on the couch and just breathe. When you wake up, put on some music and do something you like. The second thing is to eat a lot and drink water. You'll feel better. And the third thing is that if there's any chance that you'll be able to go to the swimming pool or to the gym, it is worth doing so. If not, there's nothing to worry about.
