Japan's adult movie industry is today in mourning after reports that a popular actress has died in a tragic workplace accident while shooting a scene for an upcoming film.
Local media reported that the 23-year old actress – who remains unnamed due to Japanese laws requiring her next of kin to be formally notified first – died after drowning in semen while filming a scene involving at a studio in Tokyo's Shinjuku district.

Wait… I'm trying to think of how she would have drowned. An average males semen shot is 3 spurts. And you would have to account if its massive spurts from the men or small ones. Also the woman possibly needs the entirety of her face completely covered. That also accounts both the nostrils and the mouth. So that being said the average amount of men in a bukakke is 5 or 6 men. Unless the actress is filming a gang bang scene with more than 10 men and all men release on her at the same time then she would have possibly drowned there.
