Daypush ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect
• Account Information: When you sign in, we collect your name and email address to create your account.
• App Data: Your tasks, habits, and focus sessions are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect
• We do not collect analytics or usage data.
• We do not use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage
All your tasks, habits, and focus session data is stored locally on your device. Your account credentials are managed securely through Apple's Sign in with Apple service or stored locally on your device.

4. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

5. Children's Privacy
Daypush does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

6. Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by signing out of the app. All locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete the app.

7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
