Dave Navarro Announces Comeback Tour After Years of Health Struggles

Los Angeles, March 30, 2025 – Rock legend Dave Navarro, best known as the guitarist for Jane’s Addiction and a former member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, has announced a highly anticipated comeback tour following years of health challenges.

Navarro, 57, has been largely absent from the stage since battling long-term complications from COVID-19, which left him with severe fatigue and other lingering symptoms. In a heartfelt Instagram post earlier this week, the guitarist revealed that he is finally healthy enough to return to performing.

'After a long and difficult journey, I’m thrilled to say that I’m back,' Navarro wrote. 'The love and support from my fans kept me going, and I can’t wait to see you all on the road again.'

The tour, titled 'Reborn in Chaos,' will kick off in June 2025 with a hometown show in Los Angeles, followed by stops in major cities across North America. Jane’s Addiction bandmates Perry Farrell and Stephen Perkins are expected to join him for select dates, sparking rumors of a potential new album.

Navarro’s career has spanned decades, from his groundbreaking work with Jane’s Addiction in the late '80s and '90s to his brief stint with the Red Hot Chili Peppers and his later projects, including TV appearances on Ink Master. His distinctive guitar style and stage presence have cemented his status as an alternative rock icon.

Fans and fellow musicians have flooded social media with messages of support. 'Dave’s resilience is inspiring,' tweeted fellow guitarist Tom Morello. 'The world needs his music now more than ever.'

Tickets for the Reborn in Chaos tour go on sale next Friday, with a portion of proceeds reportedly going to long COVID research initiatives.
