Places I’ve Seen a Penis Without My Consent
When I was still in elementary school, I saw a penis while I was sitting on the swings. I was minding my business, trying to keep a low profile because I was a frequent target of bullying.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw movement. I heard someone speak, but I didn’t hear what was said.
There was a boy playing on the monkey bars. His name was Brian. He wasn’t talking to me, but I made the mistake of looking at him. We made eye contact.
“Do you want to see it, too?” he asked.
I didn’t know what he meant. If I had, I would have looked away. Instead, I was subjected to the view inside his shorts as he parted his thighs and held one leg open. He wasn’t wearing underwear.
When I was a pre-teen, my family lived on the first floor of a multi-family home and rented out the top two floors to tenants. The man who lived on the second floor with his wife and children would frequently sit on the front porch wearing nothing but a pair of shorts.
His penis and his testicles regularly escaped from beneath the hem of his shorts to rest directly on the cement wall where he liked to sit and chat with me and my mother.
I don’t know how many times it happened, and I only noticed it after I overheard my mother complaining about it to another family member. She still mentions it occasionally even though it’s been decades since it last happened.
Is it possible that he didn’t feel the cool, rough surface of the concrete against the heat of his skin, time after time? I don’t think it is.
I was sitting in a secluded corridor outside a classroom where I was scheduled to take a test for which I hadn’t studied. An old sofa tucked into a dim corner would serve me well as a study hall, I reasoned.
There was a handsome young man sitting directly across from me on another sofa. Even with my gaze focused on the notebook and stack of index cards on my lap, I still registered something strange about his attire.
For a moment, I thought he was wearing plaid pajamas. Upon further inspection, I saw that he was wearing a plaid bathroom that was tied at the waist but gaped open above and below the belt.
He stood. “I have something to show you,” he said, turning to face away from me.
I could see his arm moving vigorously. When he turned around, his robe was entirely undone. His penis was erect and entirely exposed. He looked at me expectantly.
When I simply shrugged and went back to my studying, he became frantic. His face fell. “Please,” he begged as he tied his robe shut. “Don’t report me. I’m a model for the art class across the hall, and I don’t want to lose my job.”

On the night I saw his penis for the first and last time, he asked me for a ride home from work. Instead of our usual restaurant and bar, we stopped by a place closer to his home.
The bar was packed. I sat on a bar stool, while Billy stood beside me. Between drinks, we shared wet and sloppy kisses that drew jeers from the other drinkers. They shouted, “Get a room,” every time we went in for another drunken kiss.
That’s when Billy hunched forward like he was shielding a cigarette from the wind and showed me his penis. He stood there holding it for my inspection, huddling close to me in an attempt to hide it from nearby bar patrons.
I didn’t touch it despite his invitation. We left the bar, and I drove him home. He invited me inside for sex, but I declined. I kissed him anyway.
The next day at work, I noticed people exchanging looks and whispering behind my back. Even the deliverymen got into the act. I knew something was going on, and Billy wouldn’t even talk to me.
I found out later that he’d told everyone I performed fellatio on him. That never happened, but I didn’t have a chance to confront him. He quit the following day.
Although I did see my coworker Billy’s penis, I never actually saw it while at work. That distinction goes to another coworker, whose name was Ronald.
He was engaged to be married, and he spoke of his bride-to-be only in the most glowing terms. Although we developed a close at-work rapport, I felt completely secure in the fact that he had eyes only for his future wife.
Ronald showered me with compliments about what a cool girl I was, and I accepted his admiration gratefully but without surprise. I thought I was pretty cool, too. It was all in good fun. We were “just friends.”
One day, he paid me the highest of compliments. “I would never cheat on my wife,” he said, “but if I did, it would be with you.”
I still didn’t get the message until he started walking too close to me in my workspace and nudging my breasts with the sides of his arms as he passed. One time, he nudged me so hard in the chest with his elbow that I lost my balance and fell to the dirty warehouse floor.
I started taking my breaks outside to avoid being alone with him in the breakroom, and that’s where he finally cornered me and showed me his penis. “Touch it,” he pleaded. “Come on. Touch it.”
I didn’t touch it. He was fired shortly after that incident, but it was unrelated to his penis.

So as summer arrives, I visited my sisters school ( she's now a seventh grader) I saw that during her gym class she wore spandex and knee high boots ( that's just what she does) but for some reason while they were running there was a bunch of boys following her and stoping to do what looked like the waistband trick and then kept going. I pulled her aside and told her what happened and she told me that she saw them tucking their waistbands often but she never knew what for. what should I do?

To be fair, it is high school and I've learned that high school boys can't seem to control their erections as well as older men can. We can't always control the physical responses we incite in others, but knee high boots doesn't sound remotely practical for a gym class. If she isn't breaking the dress code and she isn't purposefully trying to get these reactions, then I don't think it's her fault or anyone's fault for that matter. We are human beings, hardwired for procreation, especially in our teen years. I say just leave it alone. It's good that you let her know, but what else can be done? You don't expect her to dress like a nun because someone else finds her attractive.

I can't really imagine a bunch of kids of this age chasing after a girl in gym class with erections. How do you know they aren't adjusting the inside draw string to their shorts? Have you seen erections? or are you assuming?
I would say you can't do anything regarding this situation, your sister shouldn't wear knee high boots in gym class either... That's weird!
As for adolescent boys liking girls... This is normal. You're a guy... You should know this.
First off she wears boots because she isn't required to wear sneakers for gym. Second of all I have seen erections as I have multiple guys who get them because I wear a sports bra and spandex for gym class. Plus when they do it there is normally a small bump peeping out from their t shirt since they wear tighter t shirts.

It's not her fault at all. It might get creepy and worse in the future, maybe give her some light encouragement to just wear jogging pants. If it continues, tell somebody maybe? Sounds like a complicated situation you have there.
how about neither. It isn't her fault, she is wearing acceptable gym clothes.
And you don't need to intervene. Boys that age get boners, and they notice your sister. Unless you plan to put her in a burqa, you have to accept that your sister, like ever other girl at that school, is being looked at by the boys she goes to school with.

Unless they DO something (other than have erections) there is no reason for you to do, or say, anything.

Why would they get an erection? Because they are pubescent, hormones are effecting them, and they see a girl they think looks good.
I don't think you realize how often that happens to boys in middle school. It happens for no reason sometimes. In puberty, you start getting erections out of nowhere--a lot. I guess seeing some curves would help that along, if she's dressing proactively--or even if she's not dressing provocatively. But you don't need to feel threatened by erections. That's just silly. You should do nothing. I assure you, just because they have random erections doesn't mean they're suddenly dangerous.

Well, that's understandable. She should understand that it's just a biological thing. 99% of males aren't going to want to have a boner in front of a girl. It's embarrassing. That's why they tuck it under the waistband. But, sure, maybe she shouldn't wear tight-fitting spandex if that's something she's worried about. Not blaming her or anything. Just saying cause and effect. To just do what she can to minimize the possibility of her getting scared.

Well, here's a dose of reality, most guys are sexually aroused by girls that age. Women's opinions are the center of our world however, so we pretend it's sick or gross or whatever but the truth is, probably nine out of ten men are looking at her thinking something sexual.
That being said, there are two facts pertaining to this topic that i cannot see how anyone can overlook.
1. Just because they are young or what society society deems to be too young for sexual intercourse does not immediately make them unattractive. Youth is and always has been beautiful. Even adolescent girls can still be very beautiful and only a century or two ago girls of that age were married and reproducing. Society deems certain ages inappropriate to sleep with but make no mistake, these "children" are perfectly capable of having sex.
2. Nobody gets a selection sheet when it comes to what physically attracts them. I firmly believe that sexuality is ENTIRELY predetermined at birth and if you disagree, prove me wrong. Gays cannot be cured any more than men can help being aroused by young girls.

That being said, the line that differentiates most men from the"evil" pedophiles is that most men are not exclusively attracted to girls of this age and MOST men are aware and respectful of the fact that young girls being with young boys. Sex for kids that she should be innocent and clumsy. A girl of ten or twelve doesn't belong in bed with a vastly older man who is acting out his sexual fantasies on an inexperienced young girl. The age disparity immediately makes the relationship imbalanced and puts the younger girl under great pressure. We as adults are comically of that fact and act accordingly.

You are simply eating your time and embarrassing young boys who cannot control their bodies yet. Not to mention your sister who sounds like a little looker. The attention she is attracting sounds innocent, however if you go popping off on these young boys she'll almost certainly be humiliated and lose that attention. Boys will be scared to ask her out, she'll be humiliated, etc.

Men are physical, sexual creatures; pre-programmed to spread the seed. You should mind your business and devote your attendings to educating your younger sister on the responsibility and risks that come with sexual intercourse, or maybe just give her some tips on how to keep herself safe and protested with the opposite sex. Don't waste time getting to fight nature bud, you'll lose.
7th grade many of us guys do get random boners even with the thought of sex. I had to stay sitting down even when the bell rang a few times.

Never seen/heard of a guy with a boner while running or in public. She must be super developed for her age.

three: there could be a story going round that she would never put out and the same as above but as an added challenge.
four: it was because of someone else

It’s normal for boys that age to become aroused by your sister. Especially if she’s wearing what she does for gym class. It would be kinda concerning if they weren’t. FYI it sounds like your sister is going to be very popular with the opposite sex. You might even notice her getting looks from older men 10-20 years older than her.
