Conundrum is a UK-based technology company focused on research in AI and the development of its proprietary machine learning technologies and software products for industries. Conundrum software helps industrial companies address the following tasks: predictive maintenance, quality control, and industrial processes optimization. Its software is based on its own machine learning technologies for industrial time series analysis.

Right now the company is looking for a data scientist to join the team.

Tasks:

• Developing innovative machine learning algorithms for time series analysis, generated by the industrial process
• Analyzing algorithm performance bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement and optimization
• Preparing new algorithms for deployment and support deployment to production
• Monitoring algorithms metrics, statistics and performance
• Working in a team and collaborating with other colleagues to contribute into a common knowledge base
• Managing individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

Must-have:

• BA/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Math or similar
• Strong mathematical background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Work experience in Machine Learning
• Understanding of the principles of computer science algorithms and data structures, familiar with mathematical computing, including but not limited to statistical models, linear algebra, machine learning, and deep learning
• Solid understanding of anomaly detection and signals processing and analysis
• Experience with Python
• Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks (Scikit, PyData stack, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience with concurrent programming
• Ability to postulate and verify research hypotheses, explain and present results

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in time series analysis
• Experience in data science for industrial fields
• Experience in reinforcement learning
