We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer who will join our strong and enthusiastic DWH team!
Job responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions.
- Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to develop and optimize data pipelines.
- Writing and maintaining ETL scripts to extract, transform, and load data.
- Debugging and resolving data quality issues.
- Monitoring and ensuring the performance and stability of data warehouse systems.
- Contributing to data governance processes and best practices.
- Assisting in the documentation of data warehouse architecture and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT).
- Familiarity with data integration and processing frameworks (e.g. Apache Kafka,Apache Kafka Connect).
- Basic understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Open mind for problem-solving and good troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Will be a plus:
- Work experience in the DWH;
- Work experience in the banking sphere;
- Knowledge of the DBT, Airflow frameworks;
- Understanding Data Vault principles.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Snowflake
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
