🤝 For this role, we’re supporting one of our long-term clients in finding an experienced Data Analytics Engineer to join their tech team.
🧭 You’ll be hired directly by our client, but we’ll guide you through the recruitment process and help you get up to speed. The client is an innovative US-based company building global crypto solutions. 🌐.

About the role
The main responsibility of a Data Analytics Engineer is to turn large-scale product and user data into clear insights that help product, engineering, and business teams make better decisions. The role focuses on understanding user behavior, monitoring platform performance, identifying anomalies, and building data tools, reports, and analyses that improve mobile applications and the wider digital ecosystem.
✅ Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
* Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
* Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, preferably Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
* Hands-on experience with Python data-analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, as well as notebook environments such as Jupyter.
* Experience building automated data-processing and analytics workflows.
* Familiarity with data transformation and analytics engineering tools, such as dbt.
* Experience working with business-intelligence and data-visualisation platforms, including Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
* Exposure to large-scale data-processing technologies, such as Apache Spark or comparable distributed-computing frameworks.
* Ability to work across the analytics stack.
🧩 Preferred qualifications (but not required)
* 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related technical roles.
* Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and workflow orchestration processes.
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses, such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, or comparable solutions.
* Strong ability to analyse large datasets and optimise SQL queries or other analytical workloads for performance and scalability.
* Practical experience using statistical analysis, experimentation, machine learning techniques to solve product or business challenges.
* Experience developing automated monitoring, reporting, anomaly-detection, or data-quality solutions.
* Proven ability to partner with product and software engineering teams.
* A structured, proactive problem-solving mindset.

You’ll join our client’s team under a B2B contract with a competitive rate in the range of 20,000-28,000 PLN net/month, depending on your experience and skills.
