We're in search of a Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in Borzo's growth journey. You will be working as part of the Global Analytics Team. As an Acquisition and Retention Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales and product teams to assess the effectiveness of our performance marketing efforts and devise strategies for acquiring new users and reactivating existing ones.

Expected Outcomes

 • Ensure that marketing data and reports are reliable, accessible and usable for analysis and decision-making;

 • Facilitate data-informed decision-making across marketing and product teams to grow business;

 • Proactively identify and suggest growth opportunities in user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

 • Identify client preferences to guide marketing and sales strategies;

 • Create intuitive and informative reports to streamline stakeholder decision-making processes in BI systems;

 • Figure out why users are leaving the product and how to prevent it;

 • Manage end-to-end projects for cross-channel analytics development, understanding attribution models and providing optimization recommendations based on accurate analytical insights.

Required experience and skills

 • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;

 • 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics;

 • Advanced proficiency in data interpretation (critical thinking, identifying biases or limitations, evaluating data source reliability, solid knowledge of statistics);

 • Proficiency in data manipulation (cleaning, transforming, and reshaping data, experience with Python);

 • Advanced SQL expertise (optimizing queries for performance, CTE, window functions);

 • English level B2.
