🔧 Key responsibilities:
- Formulating optimal strategies to deter fraud
- Overseeing credit risk across the company's product range
- Examining and pinpointing high-risk sectors
- Crafting, overseeing, and tracking failure rules in decision-making strategies
- Creating, initiating, and overseeing test projects to minimize credit risk
- Orchestrating teams for investigations
- Creating enhancements for models
- Formulating and verifying hypotheses
- Improving processes for detecting and investigating suspicious cases
- Collaborating with the IT team to enhance investigation tools
✅ You will successfully complete these tasks if you have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role.
- High expertise in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Databricks, Amplitude, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using Python for data manipulation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks visualization tools, Python libs).
- Knowledge of statistics and probability theory to conduct and evaluate the results of experiments. Experience in conducting A/B tests.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Proactivity and self-motivation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with process-mining and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Celonis, Retentioneering, etc.)
- Experience with CausalImpact (https://google.github.io/CausalImpact/)
- Experience in machine learning, basic skills in developing ML models.
