The 35-year-old stunner flaunted her figure in a eye-popping gown as she attended the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall.

With her trademark raven tresses pinned back, her natural beauty was highlighted with silver eye shadow and rose lipstick. 
Dascha opened up about how learning to love herself has changed her life in August's issue of Women's Health .

'I started focusing on the things I really love about myself. Like, I’ve achieved the dream I had my whole life to be an actress. That’s incredible. 
'I’m a leader and a volunteer in my community. And wanting to eat a burger doesn’t impact my acting or my ability to help people,' she explained.
And even how she treats her body has changed her outlook.
'The most important change I’ve made is in how I talk to myself. Now, I look at my thighs, and I celebrate them. I say, “I love you guys! You help me walk, you fill my pants up.”'

Dascha has been hard at work on the promotional trail for the sixth season of Orange Is The New Black. 
The latest chapter of Orange Is The New Black premiered on July 27, more than a year after season five premiered.
Since its debut in July 2013, the popular comedy-drama series has won many accolades and remains one of the cornerstones of Netflix’s Original programming.
