The Nurse summons darkness, inflicting fear on all enemies/mortals on the map for 10 seconds. Fear reduces attack damage by 70% and reduces attack speed by 50%. The Nurse's attack damage gets a 20% boost for 10 second as well.

Dark Deception Wiki is a FANDOM Games Community.
Nurse is a playable monster exclusive to Monsters & Mortals . It was released in the Silent Hill DLC alongside Robbie the Rabbit , Heather Mason and Cybil Bennett .

They appear very similar to their film counterpart, the Dark Nurses (which borrowed elements from the Bubble Head Nurse ), with very deformed and rather featureless faces, short, revealing dresses made of skin, and feet marked by pointed-toe, white heels. As well, the nurses engage in twitchy movements. This is based off of her design in Silent Hill: Homecoming with the only differences being the pattern on her face, removal of her nose, and the removal of an empty eye socket. Likely to make her more cartoony to fit with the Dark Deception art style.

As a Monster of the Support class Nurse has more than the average Monster health, movement speed, and attack cooldown but, she doesn't do a lot of damaged compared to Balanced & Power Monsters. Making her great for catching up to foes and fights. Interestingly, if she hits a teammate with her heavy attack she will heal them for 5 Hp however, there is no Monster team based gamemode. Making this useless unless a bug causes 2 or more Monsters to spawn in Maze Escape or spawns a player as her in Soul Collection. She attacks and heals with a knife.

Her ultimate ability , "Fear Cuts Deep", when used will make her growl and summon darkness which will inflict fear on all enemies. This will cause them to do 70% less damage and have a 50% longer attack cooldown. Making them weak in fights as they will attack slower and do majorly less damage. Nurse however, will get a 10% damage boost so she will now do 24 damage on a light attack and 48 on a heavy attack. This ability is different from the attack based ultimate abilities as she is a Support type.

It is best to use this ability against powerful enemies so you can have an easier time killing them while they have a harder time killing you. Very effective against Power types since they will have a very big attack cooldown and do minimal damage even with a heavy attack.

The nurse's clothes are made completely yellow, giving off a putrid, rotten appearance.

As things are starting to get back back to normal from the, "Backstreet boys world tour" ( - a game grumps ref *cough* ) I'm finding myself super busy these days in the RL that leaves little time to complete art content like i used too. >.<;

Tbh, in the past 10 years or so, I have been lucky to be in situations where i could art as much as i want, but that luck seems to have run out... therefore getting anything done will now take way longer to complete on my end, if lucky to Fully complete any concepts at all....( i hope that wont be the case. *Gulp*)

Just an FYI, My Patreon these days are mostly sketch based with W.I.P.s of fan art and comics, due to how that's about the best i can pull off time wise. Thanks for the continued support there. Every bit helps. The struggle is real. -.-; (Thanks a lot covid.) >.<;

Anyways, just wanted to share to those that might be wondering what's up with the crickets on my end here.

Thanks again so much for liking and commenting on my work all of this time. It's been a fun learning experience skill wise, thanks to this fandom, that i wouldn't have gotten this far if it wasn't for all the support and encouragement. Will keep drawing, and hope to share what i can pull off sooner then later. ^^;
