Woah. Before I start this review, I want to say it again, woah. My grading scale is very specific, and I give credit where it is due, and I am very surprised to say that Vivid outdid themselves on this one. Of course, this title was released around the time The Dark Knight Returns was released, and that’s fair, but this has nothing to do with the franchise, except for the costumes of Batman, Bane, and the Joker. The story itself is rather dark, which is so great for the franchise, and even better for the parody, but it is also original and bold. So bold, in fact, that saying too much could spoil it. Yeah. It’s that good.
This title immediately opens up with good cinematography, set designs, music, and titles. Oh, I know at this point I’m in for a treat, but I don’t know what that treat is…
Okay, to set the scene, Bruce Wayne has gone on a hiking trip to clear his head of the brutality that Batgirl faced recently, which was a rape by the Joker, while forcing her father, Commissioner Gordon, to watch.
There’s more to the actual story, but already I can’t spoil you. Now here’s the thing, when I watch porn parodies, there are a few things I keep in mind. On of them being – fans are watching, does this pairing work for them, will they know the characters, and is it enough to arouse them. Yes on three counts – the Joker would totally be insane enough to rape Batgirl in front of her father. If they were alone, not at all, but since her dad is there, sure, it’ll be funny. Seriously, why so serious? I guess we’ll start this party with a bang!
Let me set the scene: Nightwing is under the control of Poison Ivy, fights Batman to annoyance, and gives in to Poison Ivy
This isn’t the best scene in the world, but it’s also a very comic-book thing to actually happen. Poison Ivy does have brainwashing lipstick, and it is always all about lust. This scene is actually pretty perfect, and it ends a pretty bold way as well, this is actually a fuckin’ crazy porno.
Let me set the scene: Here we have Bruce Wayne down in the dumps based on the events that transpired above and for which I cannot spoil you on. Catwoman stumbles in hurt, Bruce nurses her back to health, and they have sex.
If this isn’t the main scene of the movie, I don’t know what is. Catwoman’s and Batman’s relationship is always either hinted at or confirmed in the movies and tv. There’s no other scene that’s more appropriate, and honestly, it’s probably also the hottest scene. Just saying.
Let me set the scene: In a filler scene, DC character Zatanna and John Constantine cause a bit of friction for no apparent reason.
Tell me again, what was the point of this? To further the story and give Batman some information on Bane? Okay, fine, but did it have to be from these lesser-knowns? I’ll tell you how I know these characters – I know one from Smallville, and the other from the news of his new NBC show coming soon. They are hardly important characters, nor do they deserve to be here. However, because the scene was so short, I can’t give it too much crap. It was just a blow and go, which sometimes, is all the travelling horny toad really needs.
Let me set the scene: Batman has found Bane, but a few surprises lurk around the corner. I can’t tell more, because that’s spoilers, but basically – we have Catwoman again, and one of Bruce Wayne’s old fiances. That’s all I’m going to say storywise
To be fair, I don’t think anyone’s really paying attention so much to this sex scene as to what happened right before it. I won’t spoil it, but it’s wild. However, as it was, the sex scene was pretty hot, a threesome with two ladies and a “big” guy? Not bad, but you have to keep in mind, a successful parody like this makes the story the main focus, and if they can make it affect you as well…well…it did it’s job, and that’s what this scene did.
Wow, this is the smartest porn parody I’ve ever seen, and most expensive. The costumes are so professional, at least for Batman, Bane, and the Joker. The others were pretty much just spandex. The music was intense, but it was probably not actually scored, just borrowed. The acting was okay, and the cinematography and plot pacing was immaculate. Yes the porn was hot, but a porn without a story is boring! This is definitely a winner. It was seriously bold in its actions…let’s just say I wouldn’t be surprised if Joss Whedon’s younger horny brother had a part in the writing of the script. I’m impressed.
