Hackaton winner as Product Owner
My team, with whom I was introduced directly to the hackatoon, developed the MVP within 36 hours and presented it to the jury Alfa Bank, CROC, Leroy Merlin, Beeline and Unilever. As a result, we took the first place, offering a solution better than the other 19 teams. There was no preliminary preparation for the event. Everything was done on the spot.

About me
In school, For the sake of interest, before 1st work, I created a mobile gaming service, called AirCells, connecting psychologists and their clients. Assembled two teams - developers and psychologists, 20+ people. The project, for the whole period of his life, about a year, supported more than 100 people, although he did not attract investments, just non commercial interests.
I learned agile practises connecting with this project, by my own, with books, Coursera and mentoring and this allowed me to work in this field in future + gives me passion about Agile philosophy, from the beggining of my career.
I've got strong connection with Agile philosophy, that allows me to communicate with fields that i know not very well, with helping qualified people and achieve organizational goals. So my strong side are communication and facilitation.
My lidership style is to reveal the talents and help them with emotional and methodological support, creating not a way to make a tasks, but just barriers, that can guide people and forward them. Just a goal and "what you shouldn't to do", not "what you should to do". That called usually servant leadership.
But I can reverse to direct management in really dangerous and critical situations, if noone around can do this, but situtation commits.
I've got also skills in marketing&PR, espesially content, writing, packaging new products and features, and other mostly strategical initiatives.
I know Ericksonian hypnosis and a lot of different psychological techniques and can apply it in my work.
I can't work without passion, cause i think it's just a waste of time to make things that are not ambicious and can not inspire you.
