Unlike the other reviews, my watch was delivered in new condition and it came in an original Daniel Wellington box. I bought the listing that was shipped and sold by Amazon. The watch came with all the tools needed to adjust the strap, the instructions were easy to understand and you can do it yourself. There are no links that needs to be removed, simply adjust the lock to your preferred length and viola! I prefer big face watches but I fell in love with this, it is perfect for my small wrist. The dial is easy to read even under direct sunlight and dim conditions. The mesh strap is very comfortable and I didn't get any reaction.
idk what it is about Daniel wellington but i refuse to buy any other watches. i had a bigger one with the brown leather strap and that was my favorite i had it for over 7 year and only needed to replace the band once... but got this one since it looks more professional and wear it to work ( it was a work only watch) now i wear it everywhere i like how its smaller too but not too small..10/10/10/10 recommend!!! very versatile tooo My sister and cousin now have the same exact watch and i totally dont mind lol it fits with their style too

Purtroppo ho avuto una brutta esperienza con questo orologio. Premetto che di DW me ho 5 tra quelli comprati per me e la mia ragazza. In questo caso l'orologio in questione è arrivato in una busta di plastica, "strano" ho pensato subito, ma sembrava originale a vedersi. Dopo 6 mesi si sono scaricate le pile (gli altri li ho da diversi anni e ancora girano), lo abbiamo portato a far cambiare le pile da orologiaio di fiducia e aprendolo si è rotto in più parti. La cassa dovrebbe essere in acciaio mentre in questo caso non lo era, in più il vetro mi è stato fatto vedere che era stato installato storto. Morale era una FALSO. Il venditore su amazon è sparito, non risponde ne a me ne ad amazon. L'orologiaio mi ha coperto gran parte del costo per fortuna. Da verificare sempre il rating del venditore!!

Had to return item as the strap was way too long, it almost went twice around my wifes wrist and was very uncomfortable. The 'tool' that it comes with is so small that it will get lost very easily, and it was supposed to be double ended, one for changing the strap and one to adjust the strap, the one supplied only had the former.

Damaged packing
Not, I'm sure, the fault of Amazon. Presumably a problem with the original packaging process. Why, oh why, did someone use totally unnecessary sellotape to seal the outer presentation box. it was not needed and its use has turned what was a beautiful box into something that became really tatty. I had to throw the outer box away.

With a smaller, more Petite watchcase, we have removed the minute-markers and adapted the index markers to give the watch the aesthetic balance it requires.
