DIVING

Diving is a sport in which athletes jump off a platform or springboard or fall into the water while performing acrobatics.

As such, athletes have similar characteristics to gymnasts, including strength, flexibility, balance, strength, and air recognition.

History

The origins of modern diving can be traced back to two European locations, Halle in Germany and Sweden. It was a traditional specialty of the Salt Boiler Guild called Haloren to practice certain swimming and diving skills. Haloren used to perform a series of accomplishments diving from the bridge into the Seil River.

How do you dive?

Diving scores range from 1 to 10 and are incremented in 포인트 points. The score for each dive is first calculated by adding up the judges' total prize. It is common to have five or seven referees, and they only focus on how the diving was conducted.

Goals

The purpose of diving is to score more points in a series of dives than in a competition. After a series of dives, the person with the most points (or in the case of a diver pair event) becomes the winner.

A diving competition

Diving must come once in each of the five categories (forward, backward, backward, backward, inward, twisting). Men can repeat one of the categories for the sixth dive. Women can't repeat anything.

The golden rule of diving

If you had only 30 seconds to teach someone scuba diving, what would you tell them? The same thing Mike did - the golden rule of scuba diving. Breathe normally; never hold your breath. The rest, for the most part, is almost secondary.

Broken wrist and dislocated shoulder. Neck and elbow twisted and eardrum ruptured. Concussions are relatively common, as are lung contusions, where the force of impact bruises the lungs.

Health benefits

This exercise not only increases lung capacity, strengthens the respiratory system, and balances the nervous system, but also increases our oxygen intake. Scientists believe that more oxygen in the body promotes circulation, increases energy levels, and helps key organ functions.
