Booth college university (Columbia) this is how to start coals using some paper towels and some vegetable oil first I start with the paper towels take one piece of paper towel and tear it into chunks and then I pour some vegetable oil and with it just get it all soaked like that and then I'm wish the the towels into the oil so they're all soaked once they're all good and saturated with vegetable oil time to start the fire okay what I've done is I've taken the paper towels and I've stuck them in the coals and built a little barrier coals around the paper towels so they a little chimney around each wad and then I just go around and light each one up and that's all there is to it a few minutes these coals will be raging I find this is a very easy and inexpensive way to light coals in my big green egg North Country Community College. https://PaperHelp.space
