Cybersecurity Specialist (Founding Partner | Revenue Share)

At this stage, compensation is based on revenue sharing from client engagements. We are looking for a long-term partner who wants to help build a European Data Governance, AI Governance, and Cybersecurity company from the ground up. Fixed compensation and equity participation may be discussed as the business grows.

Fluxx Core helps organizations improve data governance, cybersecurity, AI governance, and regulatory readiness.
We work with clients in regulated industries such as FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and other sectors where data protection, compliance, and operational resilience are critical.
What You'll Do:
* Conduct Cybersecurity Assessments and Security Reviews
* Identify security risks related to data, AI systems, and enterprise environments
* Develop security recommendations and remediation roadmaps
* Design and improve security policies, controls, and best practices
* Support Zero Trust, Identity & Access Management, and Data Security initiatives
* Participate in client workshops, audits, and consulting engagements
* Contribute to the development of Fluxx Core's cybersecurity and AI security methodologies
* Support client readiness for security frameworks and standards
Requirements:
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Russian (preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security
* Strong understanding of Cybersecurity Risk Management
* Experience conducting Security Assessments and Risk Assessments
* Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles
* Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
* Understanding of Data Security, Encryption, and Access Controls
* Knowledge of Security Monitoring, Logging, and Audit Controls
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have:
* Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST frameworks
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements
* Understanding of AI Security and MLSecOps concepts
* Experience with SIEM platforms and security monitoring tools
* Experience in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other regulated industries
* Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
