For one of our clients – a global company specializing in AI-powered customer experience solutions for industries such as fintech, technology, tourism, and gaming – we are looking for a Customer Support Advisor with Czech or Slovak and English to join their team.
In this role, you'll support users of digital services, helping them resolve non-technical issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll do:
• Provide professional customer support via phone, chat, and email;
• Assist customers with non-technical questions and troubleshooting;
• Understand customer needs and offer clear, effective solutions;
• Escalate more complex cases to specialized teams when necessary;
• Deliver a positive and helpful experience in every interaction.
What we're looking for:
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and very good English skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience;
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
