Location: R&D office of the London-based company located in Kiev

Office of SmartXpo is located at Unit.City - one of the biggest innovation parks in Europe. UC is a full-fledged infrastructure, including educational, business, cultural, medical, sports and entertainment facilities. Most importantly - comfortable space and special services that allow residents to concentrate fully on their work and grow

Position: Customer Success Executive

YOE: 3-5

Main responsibilities:

  • Account management – Communicate regularly to senior management to drive success and growth
  • Lead the on-boarding of new customers onto the software, explaining how the tool is useful and train them how to use it
  • Explain data analytics to customers to help them make data-driven decisions
  • Answer customer queries
  • Ensure that customers renew their license and recommend the platform
  • Think strategically about how to drive customer success including new product features


Main challenges:

  • Customer-facing role, including top management of large, global companies
  • Regular traveling
  • Native-level written and spoken English

Net Salary: 2500 - 3200$
