🔹What You’ll do:
⁃ Troubleshooting
⁃ Onboard new customers with a professional walkthrough of Jet Admin.
⁃ Work hands-on with customers to help them build their first no-code apps.
⁃ Work cross-functionally with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring customer insights to the rest of the company and improve the product.
🔹Desired experience:
⁃ Testing experience for web projects and / or mobile applications
⁃ Ability to clearly describe errors and incorrect operation
⁃ Understanding the technical aspects and processes of software development
⁃ Compilation of basic queries to the SQL / No SQL database, experience with the REST API (compilation of HTTP queries)
⁃ You have 1+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer support engineering, professional services, or technical consulting role.
⁃ You can explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
⁃ You speak fluent English (C1+) and have an excellent internet connection.
