Custom Rom Flashing Tool

Instructions:

🔌 Before You Start:

1. Enable USB Debugging on your phone:Go to Settings → About Phone → Tap "Build Number" 7 times (to unlock Developer Options).
2. Go back to Settings → Developer Options → Enable "USB Debugging".
3. Connect your phone to PC via USB cable.
4. Unlock Bootloader (First-Time Users Only) (there are guides available how to do that)

🛠 How to Flash a ROM:

Step 1: Download your desired rom zip and images and place them in a folder on PC. Enable Usb debugging on phone. Launch the Tool Double-click ROM_Flasher launcher.bat

Step 2: Check Device ConnectionThe tool will show:

✅ "ADB: Connected" (Normal mode)

🔄 "Fastboot: Connected" (Bootloader mode)

❌ "No Device Found"? Check USB cable & drivers.

Step 3: Choose Flash TypeClean Flash → Wipes all data (fresh install).Dirty Flash → Keeps apps/settings (updates only).

Step 4: After you start the flashing process, the tool would ask you to select the folder where all Rom files are located. Select the folder where you Placed all files, Click "Select Folder"

Step 5: The tool will show a verification dialog whether it has selected correct images and zip files or not. It will give option to Skip/change any img/zip file so you can select any other file if the automatic selection by Tool goes wrong.

Step 6: Click Confirm to proceed, the tool will automatically flash all images and then it would ask "Do you want to Sideload Rom Zip after flashing images", if you want to proceed, click yes.

Step 7: Your phone would automatically reboot to recovery (Just wait a few seconds), first it would reboot to Fastbootd and then it would reboot to recovery automatically.

Step 8: On your phone recovery, Select Apply update> Apply from Adb

Step 9: The tool will show an instruction message (Wait a few seconds, message would automatically appear) to follow Step 8 mentioned above. If you have followed step 8, Click "Ok" and the sideload process would start.

Note that it is normal for flashing process to end at 47%.

The phone might ask you "Do you want to sideload additional packages" Select "No" if you don't want to Sideload magisk/gapps. If you select "Yes" the tool might show "Flashing Process Failed" but that's normal, You can safely proceed.

Want to install GApps/Magisk? Click "Sideload GApps/addons/Magisk Button" after flashing. Reboot & Enjoy

The tool also supports "Apk installation" Via Adb mode (usb debugging should be enabled on phone). I have added this feature since most of us have Root manager apks on Pc and we have to first move it to phone and then install it. I have made the process easier so you can select apk on the tool and it would automatically install on phone.

You Can also See Flash History (Keep track of the roms you Flash)

Device info feature is also available. When the device is connected in ADB mode it would show info such as device model, android version, security patch

When the device is in Fastboot Mode, it would show details like, Bootloader unlock status, bootloader version, Battery Level, Serial Number, Hw Revision, Secure Boot, Active Slot
