Worsening internet connection and infuriating customer support - my work from home job is now at risk and I still can't get any help Over the past two months, my internet connection has steadily deteriorated.
Job sucks, well maybe not for installers anymore, they push all the work on maintenance techs. If you take it, make sure you get the noise out of each home you visit.
