This document outlines the regulations for the first season of CryptoMagnate League, including participation principles, reward structure, and eligibility requirements.

Season Dates:

The season will take place from February 11, 2025, to March 11, 2025.

Prize Pool Formation:

The prize pool is funded by project sponsors and CryptoMagnate itself. It includes:  

• $STON Tokens: equivalent to $2500 at the time of distribution.
• $RAFF Tokens: equivalent to $2500 at the time of distribution.
• Season 3 CryptoPass: Grants access to activities in the next season.  
• Seasonal NFTs: Unique digital assets providing additional in-game benefits in next season's mini-games.  
• Season 2 Vouchers: Relevant for future CryptoMagnate airdrop scheduled for 2025.  

The prize pool may be increased during the season. Updates will be announced via the official Telegram channel.

Ranking System and Criteria:

Players earn progress points by participating in mini-games:  

Mining Farm, Referral Center, Airdrop Stadium and others.

Ranking Scale:

• Level 1: 0 to 4,999 points.
• Level 2: 5,000 to 199,999 points.
• Level 3: 200,000 to 849,999 points.
• Level 4: 850,000 to 29,999,999 points.
• Level 5: 30,000,000 points or more.

1 NEXUS game coin = 1 rating point.

Rewards System:

At the end of the season (March 11, 2025, 12:00 UTC), progress is locked, and rewards are distributed based on ranks:

• Level 1: Airdrop Voucher (Common)  
• Level 2: Airdrop Voucher (Uncommon)
• Level 3: Airdrop Voucher (Rare)
• Level 4: Airdrop Voucher (Epic) + Season 3 CryptoPass + NFT Artifact
• Level 5: Airdrop Voucher (Legendary) + Season 3 CryptoPass + NFT Artifact

Top-100 Level 5 rank players receive additional prizes:

• 1 place — $600.
• 2 place — $400.
• 3 place — $300.
• 4 place — $200
• 5 place — $100
• 6-10 places — $80
• 11-50 places — $45
• 51-100 places — $25

Rewards will be credited in sponsor tokens; the reward amounts are provided in USD equivalent.

Scoring Mechanics:

• Mining Farm: Collect coins from mining.
• Referral Center: Collect coins from the referral network. A limit of 20,000 points per day is set to maintain balance between influencer progress and regular players.
• Airdrop Stadium: Collect coins for completing levels with 1, 2, or 3 stars.
• Tasks: Complete in-game tasks and sponsor quests.

NFT Assistants:

NFT Assistants provide gameplay benefits by accelerating and simplifying processes. They can be upgraded, sold, or traded.

Protection Measures:

• Server-side processing for coin collection.  
• Database backups.  
• Anti-fraud mechanisms.  
• Monitoring for suspicious player activity.  
• Penalties for violations, including progress nullification and account bans.

Reward Distribution:

• $STON Tokens: Paid within 14 days after the season ends.
• $RAFF Tokens: Paid within 14 days after the season ends.
• Other Rewards: Delivered within 25 days.

Restrictions:

Participation is prohibited for residents of countries where such activities are restricted, including the United States.
