Crypto Taverna OTC Rules
Crypto Taverna EN
Welcome to the Tavern!
This is a free platform for trading services and goods. A Guarantor is required for transactions with group members.
A guarantor is a third party that ensures the safety of funds and compliance with the terms of the contract. Do not neglect the services of the Guarantor, because the OTC market is full of fraudsters and does not forgive trust in strangers.
To start a deal, just write to one of the official Guarantors in private messages and ask to create a deal group.

2. It is forbidden to peddle what is forbidden by law. This includes any direct or indirect blackness and kotiki. Weapons can only be sold if they are artifacts from games. Guarantors can also refuse a transaction if its terms are against morals and morality, can harm another person. We are against any kind of fraud, including if there are offers to "restore justice", i.e. to cheat the cheater.
3. We do not recruit new Guarantors from the Internet or on Telegram. Any persons, except those listed in the @CryptoTavernaOTC Description, who try to pass themselves off as our trusted people are liars.
4. It is forbidden to offer to work without a guarantor or through guarantors of other sites (99% if you are offered another guarantor, placing with us, it is a scam)
5. It is forbidden to insult the members of the group or any of the parties to the transaction. Everyone staying at the Tavern should be treated in a civilized manner.
6. Anyone who breaks the rules of the Tavern will be flogged with an aspen rod by our palace guard.
Rules for conducting transactions
General rules
1. Prior to the transaction, the parties must spell out the Contract.
2. The contract must contain the following clauses: 1) @username of the Buyer 2) @username of the Seller 3) terms of the transaction: subject of the transaction, description, quantity, price and other characteristics 4) currency and network used for the transaction 5) the party that pays for the services of the guarantor 6) what will be the proof of successful completion of the transaction 7) deadline/deadlines for successful completion of the transaction 8) agreement with the rules of the site and the transaction agreement.
3. The agreement shall be prescribed exclusively in the transaction group. Agreements about which the Guarantor has not been notified by the Buyer or the Seller in the group may be disregarded.
4. The transaction starts from the moment when the parties confirm the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Guarantor's wallet receives the amount specified in the Agreement + Seller's deposit (if provided) + commission (if paid by the buyer).
5. Once the transaction has commenced, the Contract can only be amended by mutual consent of the Seller and the Buyer.
6. The Guarantor shall ensure the safety of funds and compliance with the Contract during the period of the transaction.
7. In case of a dispute in the transaction, the dispute resolution falls on the shoulders of the Arbitrator of the site. The Guarantor may also resolve the dispute by obtaining permission from the Arbitrator.
8. The transaction ends when the Guarantor sends the funds to the Seller, or returns the money to the Buyer.
9. The Guarantor is not responsible for changes in the exchange rate during the transaction. Transfer of funds upon completion of the transaction shall be made in the currency in which they were received by the Guarantor.
Buyer
1. Working as a Buyer, the user assumes the risks associated with the purchase of goods and services on the OTS, which are independent of the Seller. These include: 1) possible financial risks following the conclusion of the transaction 2) possible problems with anti-fraud systems of the sites (in the case of accounts, etc.) 3) other possible problems that involve the purchase of goods / services.
2. In case of situations from the first paragraph of the Rules of Conducting Transactions as a Buyer, the user is obliged to contribute to the solution of arising problems (in case of possible problems with anti-fraud systems and others), or should not blame the Guarantor or the Seller for financial risks, if the situation refers to the first subparagraph of the first paragraph of the first rule on possible financial risks.
3. By finalizing the transaction, the Buyer confirms that he/she has verified receipt of the service and has no further claims against the Seller and the Guarantor.
4. If after the transaction the fact of fraud on the part of the Seller is confirmed, the Buyer has the right to request the Guarantor to block the Seller on all resources of the Tavern until the return of funds to the Buyer.
Seller
1. There are situations when the Buyer can unilaterally refuse a service or goods in the course of a transaction: unreliability of the goods (counterfeit goods, threatening the security of data or finances, quality of goods, etc.) or services (questionable quality of performance, for example, the code for a contract instead of the specified criteria suddenly turns out to be a drainer, art of high quality - a schoolboy's handicraft in Paint, and the software created "manually" for abuzz is sewn in a .rar file, which contains viruses, it is obvious to anyone that such criteria are not met. The criteria for unreliability are vague, this is due to the variety of digital goods and services traded on the OTS. Therefore, it is left to the Arbitrator to determine the unreliability of services and goods.
2. If the Seller fails to fulfill the assigned terms and conditions within the prescribed period, the Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the transaction, observing the rules of the section "Dispute in the transaction".
3. If the Seller fulfills a part of the prescribed in the terms of the transaction, but some condition was ignored and this led to a dispute in the transaction, as well as the accompanying dispute conditions: financial risks and problems with the goods, the Arbitrator resolves the dispute with the transaction according to the rules of the site, checking all the facts of what happened. If there is no dispute, the payment to the Seller is made for the part of the completed work based on the characteristics of the goods according to the principle "if the price for 1 account is set at 1000$, there are 10 of them in total, and 5 were done, the Seller receives 5000$ for the completed work, the rest of the funds are returned to the Buyer minus the Guarantor's commission". If there is a dispute in which it turns out that due to the fault of the seller the buyer suffered damage, but at the same time part of the work was performed successfully, the buyer has the right to demand compensation from the seller from the amount of payment for the service.
4. If the Seller in private correspondence or in the group threatens the Buyer in any way to harm him after the transaction is completed, it is classified as either unreliable goods (see rule #1 for Sellers) or as an attempt to deceive, or as blackmail (equivalent to deception). According to the rule 8 and 9 of resolving disputes in the transaction, it is punishable by either returning the goods to the Seller without payment, or irrevocable confiscation of the goods with subsequent blocking on the site in case the Seller sabotages the transaction process. We do not need such Sellers, so after the transaction the Guarantor or Arbitrator can impose sanctions on the Seller, limiting or blocking on the site.
5. If the transaction is collateralized and the Seller has not fulfilled the terms of the Agreement by the deadline set, the collateral shall be retained in favor of the Buyer.
Dispute in a transaction
A dispute is a state of transaction in which one or all of the parties to the Contract do not agree on the successful completion of the transaction.
1. The dispute in the transaction shall be resolved by the Site Arbitrator: https://t.me/dmithrees.
2. The Buyer, Seller and Guarantor shall describe the situation from their side in one message at the request of the Arbitrator.
3. Buyer and Seller must provide video evidence and screenshots to support their position.
4. For video evidence there are mandatory criteria: 1) the video must be full screen 2) the video must not have been altered in an editor 3) for the buyer: the video must be recorded from the start of the transaction or from the receipt of the goods/service or must show the evidence required by the Arbitrator, in case the other points are not met.
5. There are mandatory criteria for screenshots: 1) the screenshot must be full screen 2) the screenshot must not have been altered in an editor 3) the screenshot may not be accepted as unequivocal evidence of a position if the other side of the dispute has stronger facts or the Arbitrator requires video evidence.
6. The rules of the venue may be subject to review if, in the course of a transaction or dispute resolution, it is discovered that one party is intentionally using a loophole in the rules against the other party or against the venue.
7. The dispute is over when the Arbitrator has decided to send the funds to the winner of the dispute. This happens regardless of whether either party agrees to it.
8. If the transaction is canceled by the Arbitrator's decision, the Buyer is obliged to transfer the goods back to the Seller. If the Seller intentionally sabotages the process of returning the goods within the time specified in the Deadline Rules, the Seller's right to return the goods shall be canceled. The fact of sabotage shall be determined by the Arbitrator.
9. The transaction deadline may be changed during the dispute process by the Arbitrator without the consent of the parties if the situation so requires.
10.Any attempt of the Seller to deceive the other party of the transaction, Guarantor, Arbitrator, is punished by blocking the account on all resources of the Tavern with further return of funds to the Buyer. In such a case the Seller will not be refunded.
11. Any attempt of the Buyer to deceive the second party of the transaction, Guarantor, Arbitrator, is punished by blocking the account on all resources of the Tavern with further payment to the Seller for the goods (if the goods were transferred to the buyer).
12. In case of force majeure situations when the Arbitrator is unable to resolve the dispute, any of the Guarantors, with the consent of the Arbitrator, is able to resolve the dispute independently without inviting the Arbitrator into the transaction.
13. The Arbitrator always has the last word in a dispute.
Deadline rules
A deadline is a deadline after which a transaction must be successfully completed.
1. The deadline for a transaction is set by the parties to the transaction. Confirmation of the terms in which the deadline is specified means that the parties accept responsibility for following the deadline for completion of the transaction.
2. There may be more than one deadline. If there are several, they should also be specified in the terms of the deal.
3. A deadline can also be denoted by a specific event that confirms the end of a transaction.
4. The transaction deadline may be changed during the transaction process by mutual agreement of the parties.
5. The transaction deadline may be changed during the dispute process by the Arbitrator without the consent of the parties.
6. Return of the goods to the Seller in case of a dispute won by the Buyer must be made within 24 hours. Otherwise, if either party deliberately sabotages the process, the goods may be involuntarily paid for by the Buyer (if the Buyer sabotages the process of handing the goods back) or permanently lost by the Seller (if he sabotages the process).
7. In case the parties started the transaction and the Seller disappears for more than 30 minutes and does not reply to the Buyer and the Guarantor, the Guarantor may return the funds to the Buyer, notifying the transaction group. The transaction can be recreated later.
8. In case the parties have started the transaction and the Buyer, after receiving the goods and the deadline has passed, disappears without raising any objections to the Seller, the Seller will receive the money for the provided goods.
9. In case the Seller violates the deadline of the transaction, the transaction may be suspended. In this situation, the funds will be returned to the Buyer upon prior warning by the Guarantor in the group.
10.Dealing with deadlines is individualized, so no deadline rule can exist on its own and is in the nature of a recommendation. The Arbitrator or the Guarantor will have the final say in resolving a dispute directly or indirectly related to deadlines.
Site Commissions

4. The Guarantor's commission is charged if: 1) the transaction was completed successfully 2) the transaction was canceled during the dispute.

Risk Warning
Every user in the OTS group on the other side of the screen can be either a decent person or a scammer.
This cannot be influenced and is out of our area of responsibility. But each user is able to exclude cases of fraud when trading on the OTS. For this purpose it is necessary to:
1) Work through Tavern Guarantors. Remember that scamming through a fake Guarantor is the main reason for losing money.
2) Check the originality of usernames and carefully check the details to which you send funds.
3) Take the terms of the deal seriously and avoid inaccuracies and omissions. Do not forget to specify important characteristics of the goods, do not neglect to specify deadlines and other terms of the deal. Do not negotiate in private messages, send all contract changes to the transaction group so that the Guarantor is aware of them.
4) If you are in the role of a Buyer, remember: 80% of OTS scammers attempt to scam you in the role of a Seller. This is due to the zero risk and minimal cost of trying to cheat. Be triple careful if you buy something on the OTS.
5) When buying accounts and other digital goods, remember that most of the goods and services similar to accounts are not originally intended for sale. That is, services like Discord, Gmail, and almost all other services do not have the function of selling an account. This means that buying an account, you should keep in mind that the Buyer must take care of a complete change of data to their own before the end of the transaction. This significantly reduces the number of cases of fraudulent transactions with a hold of funds until the right event.
These five points reduce the probability of deception to a minimum. Observe them and remember: the responsibility for making decisions on the OTC market lies only with you.
Also remember that any recommendations made by the Guarantor are not a reason to shift responsibility for actions taken to the Guarantor.
The decision whether to use the services of any Seller recommended by the Guarantor or not, whether to use recommendations related to security and other issues that do not relate to the rules of the site, is made by you and the responsibility for them lies with you.
We strive to make trading safe and easy for everyone, so we hope you will treat the rules and regulations with respect.
