About the role
Reliant HR Consultancy & Facility Management WLL is hiring a Crypto HR Business Partner to lead HR for crypto and Web3 hiring programs. You’ll own policies, remote workforce management, benefits, and employee relations—helping leadership build compliant, high-performing distributed teams across borders.
Responsibilities
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning, headcount, and retention for crypto/Web3 roles
* Design and maintain HR policies for remote and international teams
* Run full-cycle personnel processes: recruiting support, onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding
* Administer employee benefits and guide managers on compensation within approved bands
* Handle employee relations with discretion; escalate legal/compliance issues appropriately
* Keep HRIS records accurate and aligned with data-protection standards
* Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture across multicultural remote teams
* Advise on contractor vs. employee classification for cross-border crypto talent
Requirements
* Strong foundation in HR / HR management with remote or international team experience
* Proven ownership of HR policies, benefits, and personnel management processes
* Knowledge of labor regulations, privacy, and distributed-workforce best practices
* Excellent communication skills; able to handle confidential information responsibly
* Proficiency with HRIS and remote collaboration tools
* Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
* Fluent English
Nice-to-haves
* Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or consulting environments
* Familiarity with multi-country contractor management
* Prior work supporting technical, trading, or product teams
